En su an de acilitar el montaje de mamparas, Spazia, presenta elsistema easy place.

Este sistema permite acoplar el vidrio templado dentro de los perlesa pared sin tener que usar siliconas de poliuretano entre vidrioperl yperlpared.

Esto supone una ventaja considerable no solo en la primera instalacinsino en posibles roturas de los vidrios.

Con los mtodos actuales, el vidrio va sellado y siliconado al perl. Estosupone un tiempo de espera hasta su completo secado.Con el sistemaeasy place, en el mismo mom ento de nalizar el montaje de la mampara estar lista para usarse.

Con los sist emas de colocacin convencionales, en caso de rotura, hayque sustituir tanto el vidrio como el perl, ya que una vez pegados esimposible separar ambos elementos.

Con easy places olo tendr que acoplar el vidrio de manera sencilladentro del perl, evitando tener que sustituir toda la perlera.

Con la incorporacin de nuevos materiales como las tuberas de PVC o

Polibutileno, se corre el riesgo de perorar dichos conduc tos al taladrarlas paredes del bao, ya que pasan desapercibidas a los detectores demetales.

Con easy placeno tendr ningn riesgo, debido a que la unin entreperl y pared se resuelve mediante un adhesivo de doble cara con unaecelente prestacin que puede llegar a alcanzar un poder de adherencia de cN/cm.

Este adhesivo va incorporado en los perles a pared y acta elmenteen una amplia gama de temperaturas (de a C), estando indicada para aplicaciones interiores y eteriores gracias a su resistencia ala humedad y a la intemperie.

El sistema easy place hace posible reducir la instalacin de unamampara a / parte de lo que se tarda actualmente, siendo un sistemavalorado y apreciado por los proesionales y montadores especializados.

In the endeavour to acilitate the assembly o enclosures, Spazia

presents the Easy Placesystem.

This system allows assembly o the tempered glass into the proles

and onto the wall without the use o polyurethane silicones between

the glass-to-prole, and between prole-to-wall.

This oers a considerable advantage, not only in OE installation, but

also in the occurrence o p ossible glass breakage .

With the present methods the glass is sealed and silicone-glued to the

prole. This implies a waiting time until ull drying. With the Easy

Place, when the assembly o the enclosure is completed, the unit is

ready or use.

In the conventional assembly systems, and in case o breakage, both

the glass and the prole must be replaced because once glued together

it is impossible to separate the elements.

With Easy Place, only the glass must be re-assem bled into the prole,

avoiding the replacement o the whole prole.

With the introduction o new materials such as PVC or Polybutilene

piping, there is a risk that said piping can be perorated when drillingthe walls o the bathroom, since they are invisible to metal detectors.

With Easy Placethere is no risk, since joining prole and wall is solved

by means o a double-ace high-per ormance adhesive which can

reach an adhesion o N/cm.

This adhesive is incorporated between the prole and the wall and per-

orms very well within a wide range o temperatures (rom - to

C), and is specied or interior and eterior applications thanks to

its humidity and weather resistance.

Spazia-Antical is a special protection system applied to the surace o

the glass, orming a protective layer which repels liquids and minimizes

dirt and lime scale. This coating is a chemical adhesion which becomes

permanent over the whole surace maintaining stability against the al-

ternate cycles o UVA eposure and condensation.

Spazia-Antical seals the glass pores, thus avoiding the absorption o

contamination and pollution, helping to prevent deterioration caused by

stains and corrosion.

As a result it signicantly reduces cleaning requency and maintenance

Transportation and Insurance

we advise the customer to inspect the contents o the package

upon delivery, and in case o any anomaly, notication o inci-

Spazia Glass S.L. rom any obligation to replace the goods. The

customer is the only one responsible or the goods as rom the

moment o receipt.

Return of Merchandise

No merchandise may be returned without the previous consent

o Spazia Glass S.L. Any unmotivated return, ecept that attri-

butable to ault or error by Spazia Glass S.L., shall imply pay-

ment o % o the order value to cover costs o handling , admi-

nistration, packaging, etc. The return delivery o the order shall

be carried out and borne by the purchaser.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed according to the vali d European

Norm or a period o months rom delivery date. The guaran-

tee shall in no case cover deects caused by incorrect assembly

or i carried out by personnel not holding eplicit authorization

by Spazia Glass S.L., as well as the inadequate or improper use

o the products, miss-handling, use o etremely aggressive cle-

aning agents, or deterioration not imputable to the p roduct. Our

guarantee covers only and eclusively the replacement o the

product, ecluding any other compensation, assembly or travel

costs. This guarantee eplicitly ecludes any breakage o the

tempered glass. As a recommendation, beore our product which

consists o very ragile material is transported long-distance, the

purchaser shall check that the characteristics, dimensions, nish

and condition are correct and totally correspond wit h the placed

order.

Return of Orders

As a general rule, Spazia Glass S.L. does not accept returns. In

the eceptional case o a return, this shall be duly requested and

authorized in writing by Spazia Glass S.L. In no case shall any

custom-made product be returned.

TaxesAlways to be borne by the purchaser, in accordance with the le-

gislation in orce.

Cualquier noticacin, requerimiento, o peticin que hayan de eectuarse por las partes en relacin con laspresentes condiciones generales, debern realizarse por escritoentre ambas. Si cualquier clusula incluida en estas condicionesgenerales uese declarada, total o parcialmente, nula o inecaz,tal nulidad o inecacia aectar tan slo a dicha disposicin. Desde el momento en que el cliente realiza su pedido a la empresaSpazia Glass S.L, se consideran aceptadas las condiciones descritas a continuacin.

Productos

Las otograas y descripciones de los productos que aparecen eneste catlogo deben entenderse nicamente a nivel inormativo.Spazia Glass S.L se reserva el derecho a modicar parcial o totalmente, sin previo aviso, los productos si as lo estimase necesario.

Precios

Los precios de venta epresados en la taria son meramenteindicativos. Las cantidades epresadas se indican en euros, salvoerror tipogrco, y sin incluir el I.V.A, que se aplicar en la correspondiente actura. Spazia Glass S.L se reserva el derecho amodicar dichos precios sin previo aviso.

PedidosLos pedidos se realizarn por escrito, siendo recomendado, hacerlo siempre por a o correo electrnico, para evitar con elloerrores de interpretacin. En el caso de que el pedido se ormalice por telono, ser el cliente el nico responsable de cualquiervariacin o anomala en el mismo. Los pedidos no sern vinculantes para Spazia Glass S.L hasta su aceptacin por escrito.

Plazos de entrega

La estimacin de los plazos de entrega es puramente orientativay no supondr, en ningn caso, motivo de anulacin total o parcial del pedido ni ser motivo de reclamacin a ningn eecto. Enel supuesto en que el plazo de entrega uese de vital importanciapara el comprador, ste deber comunicarlo epresamente, porescrito en el momento de ormalizar el pedido, y este deber ser

aceptado por Spazia Glass S.L.

Condiciones de pago

Hasta la concesin de la oport una clasicacin y riesgo, los primeros pedidos sern abonados mediante pago anticipado, unavez pasado este trmite, se podr solicitar giro a das, siempre que el inorme nanciero sea avorable. Cualquier importeimpagado en su echa de vencimiento devengar de orma automtica, sin previo aviso al tipo de inters legal mas un % dedierencial mas los gastos ocasionados por el impago.

Transporte y Seguro

Los gastos de envo dentro de la pennsula en pedidos superiores a sern suragados por Spazia Glass S.L. En casode que la mercanca suriera daos ocasionados por el transporte, el cliente deber noticar a Spazia Glass S.L a la recepcindel envo. Para ello aconsejamos inspeccionar el contenido delembalaje a la entrega de este y en el caso en que haya algunaanomala, se tendr que enviar un parte de incidencia antes delas horas siguientes a la recepcin del pedido. La no comunicacin de alguna incidencia por parte del comprador, eimea Spazia Glass S.L de cualquier compromiso de sustitucin. Elcliente es el nico responsable de la mercanca desde el mismomomento de su recepcin.

Devolucin de mercancas

No sern admitidas devoluciones de mercancas sin el consentimiento previo de Spazia Glass S.L .Toda devolucin improcedente, ecepto aquella que sea atribuible a culpa o error de SpaziaGlass S.L, conllevar la obligacin para el comprador de abonarel % del valor de compra, en concepto de gastos de manipulacin, administracin, embalaje, etc. La devolucin del pedidodeber realizarse por el comprador a portes pagados.

Garanta

Todos nuestros productos estn garantizados de acuerdo a laNormativa Europea vigente por un plazo de meses desdela echa de entrega. La garanta no cubre en ningn caso deectos provocados por un montaje incorrecto o eectuado porpersonal que carezca de autorizacin epresa y por escrito deSpazia Glass S.L, as como el uso inadecuado o impropio de losproductos, malos tratos, utilizacin de productos de limpieza etremadamente agresivos, deterioros no imputables al producto.Nuestra garanta cubre nica y eclusivamente la sustitucindel producto con la eclusin de cualquier otra compensacin,montaje o desplazamiento. Queda epresamente ecluida deesta garanta cualquier rotura de vidrio templado. Como recomendacin, antes de transportarse a grandes distancias nuestroproducto constituido por material muy rgil, el comprador debecomprobar que las caractersticas, dimensiones, acabados y estado son correctos y coinciden plenamente con el pedido realizado.

Devolucin de PedidosComo norma general, Spazia Glass S.L, no admite devolucio

nes. En caso ecepcional de una devolucin , sta deber ser debidamente solicitada y autorizada por escrito por Spazia GlassS.L. En ningn caso se har devolucin de producto abricadoa medida.

Siempre a cargo del comprador segn la legislacin vigente.
