• Our facilities are prepared for the manufacture of all kinds of atomized detergents. Monthly production capacity of 2000 tons.

• The manufacturing process begins with the weighing and dosing of raw materials according to the selected formula. Later, it is taken to a mixing system in a liquid medium. Once complete mixing has been achieved, the mixture is atomized by passing it with a constant flow high pressure pump through an atomization tower.

• The atomization process consists of dispersing the liquid mixture in the atomization tower, where drying is achieved thanks to a powerful stream of hot air, transforming it into completely homogeneous detergent spheres.

• Once the atomized detergent is obtained, depending on the formula, other elements which are unstable at high temperatures are added, thus achieving a final atomized detergent of excellent quality.
