Etanarea asamblrilor este asigurat cu mastic sau cu Vergacol. Toate falurile suntde tipul Pittsburg i Snaplock. Dimensiunile sunt conform standardelor Eurovent.

Toate tubulaturile sunt livrate ntotdeauna cu flanele de asamblare, dar la cerereadvs. flanele se pot livra separat pentru a asigura o ajustare uoar la locul de mon-taj.

Datorit programului nostru de fabricaie, nu este posibil s se prezinte toate tipurile deproduse n catalog. Oricum, noi avem posibilitatea s producem orice tip de tubulaturisau fitinguri, indiferent ct de complicate ar fi, dup un desen pus la dispoziie de client.

Vei descoperi c programul nostru de fabricaie al tubulaturii de seciune rectangulara fost complet revizuit. De acum tubulatura se poate rigidiza transversal. Acest lucruse poate realiza cu ajutorul unei maini automate care confecioneaz tubulatura deseciune rectangular prin aplicarea principiilor CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing)i FMS (Flexible Manufacturing). Vous remarquerez que notre programme rectangulaire a t renouvel compltement.Les gaines peuvent tre renforces dans le sens transversal. Cela est ralisable surune machine automatique qui produit les gaines rectangulaires suivant le principe deCAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) et F.M.S (Flexible Manufacturing). Nos gainessont conformes aux directives du dossier 105, AFNOR et LUKA norme, dont les attes-tations sont disponibles dans nos bureaux.

Notre attention continue pour qualit et prix nous a pouss investir dans le High Techavec des machines diriges par des ordinateurs qui dlivrent un produit meilleur pourun prix rduit. Notre propre fabrication commence partir des matires premires quisont coupes en tles et feuillard dans nos propres ateliers par moyen de machinesautomatiques ( 450 tonnes par jour). Celles-ci sont ensuite transformes en gaines spirales et rectangulaires (50.000m2/mois) + profils en metal.

We are proud to present you the renewed edition of our "TechnoDucts rectangularducts", including all installation accessories.

You'll discover that our manufacturing program for rectangular ducts has been com-pletely revised. As from now, transverse reinforced ducts are available. This has beenrealized through the installation of a full automatic equipment for manufacturing rec-tangular ducts applying the CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) and FMS (FlexibleManufacturing) principles. We are glad to announce you that all the ductwork does sat-isfy the prescription of "dossier 105", AFNOR and LUKA standard, all required certifi-cates are free to be consulted in our offices. Our continuing concern for quality andcost guided us, the past years, to serious investments in High Technology and com-puter aided machinery. This was the only way for manufacturing still better and moreeconomical products.

Our production already starts at the raw materials, that are cut into sheet metal andstrip metal (ca. 450 ton/day), in our own workshops. q Fabricarea tubulaturilor:Tubulaturile sunt fabricate din rulouride tabl zincat cu o mainautomat de confecionat tubulatur.Prin acest procedeu, cea mai mareparte a tubulaturii se execut dintr-osingur foaie, fiind prevzut din exe-cuie cu ntrituri excelente.

Avantaje: rigiditate mrit a tubulaturiiprin folosirea rigidizrii tip Z.Etaneitate foarte bun, doar un sin-gur fal pe tambur (pn la 1250mm).

Falurile tip Pittsburg i Snaplocksunt singurele tipuri de faluri accep-tate pentru realizarea rigiditii ietaneitii.

Vergacol:La cerere putem aplica un mastic sig-ilant pe falul longitudinal i pe flane.Vergacol nu este un mastic obinuit, ciunul necombustibil i plastic (caracter-istici i certificate disponibile lacerere).

Rigidizrile laturilor tubulaturii:n toat producia standard, pre-vzut pe fiecare tambur cu grosimeametalului de la 0,5 la 1,5 mm. Aceastase aplic de asemenea pentru tubu-latura ce funcioneaz n depresiune,acest tip de rigidizare este independ-ent de tipul de presiune.

Observaii:Pe baza certificatelor noastre, elabo-rate sub control Vinotte, noi putemdovedi c rigiditatea i etaneitatea (lapierderi de aer) tubulaturii nu depindde grosimea materialului ci de tipul derigidizare a tubulaturii.

q Fabrication des gaines:Les gaines sont ralises partir defeuillard par une machine automa-tique. Ceci explique que la plusgrande partie des gaines soient faitesen une seule tle, pourvue de ren-forcements extrmement forts.

Avantages: gaine trs solide d aurenforcement Z, densit trslve, c.-.-d. un joint longitudinalpar gaine (jusqu' 1250 mm).

Raccord latral Pittsburg et raccordlatral snaplock sont le seul raccordefficace pour la solidit et l'tanchit.

Vergacol:Le Vergacol, une colle non-inflamma-ble et non-durcissante, est appliqu la demande sur les raccords latrauxet, les raccords cadres pour moyenneou haute pression. (Caractristiqueset certificats sur demande).

Raidissage des parois - renforc-mentsAppliqu sur toute gaine de 0,5 1,5 mm. Aussi pour les gaines endpression, puisque le renforcementest indpendant de surpression oudpression.

Remarque:Nos certificats, dlivrs par Vinotte,prouvent que le type de renforcementsur les gaines joue le rle le plusimportant dans la solidit et l'-tanchit et non uniquement sur l'-paisseur des tles.

q Fabrication of the ducts:Ducts are made from coils of galv.steel with the use of an automaticductmachine. With this procedure, thegreater part of the ducts are made outof one single sheet, and alreadyequipped with excellent reinforcing.

Advantages: high rigidity of the ductthrough "Z" reinforcement. Very hightightness, only one seam per duct (to1250 mm).

Pittsburg-seams and snaplock-seam are the only acceptable seamas concerns rigidity and air tightness.

Vergacol:Upon your request we can apply asealer on the longitudinal seams andon the frames. This is no ordinarysealer, but Vergacol, an incom-bustible, non hardening sealer.(Characteristics and certificates uponrequest).

Remarks:Considering our certificates, elaborat-ed under control of Vinotte, we canprove that the rigidity and tightness (=air) of ducts, do not depend on thematerial thickness, but primarily onthe kind of reinforcing of the duct.

Kanalwandverstarrung-Befestigung:Angebracht auf jeder Kanal von 0,5bis 1,5 mm.Auch fr Unterdruckkanle da dieVerstrkung unabhngig ist vonUberdruck oder Unterdruck.

Descrierea produsuluiClapeta de reglaj patentat Technotrade este realizat complet din aluminiu, ramafiind asamblat cu uruburi fr nici un punct de sudur. Mecanismul special deacionare sincron a lameleor este ascuns n pereii laterali, permind funcionareacomponentelor mecanismului de acionare a lamelor fr probleme sau interferenedin mediul exterior.

Materialele folosite la confecionarea produsuluin lamele: aluminiu extrudat; acestea au form aerodinamic, nlimea de 100 mm,garnituri din cauciuc termoplastic, micarea fiind opus una fa de cealalta;n rama: aluminiu extrudat;n dispozitivele de blocarea a lamelore: poliamid i fibr de sticl;n rotiele de acionare: copolimeri de polipropilen i fibr de sticl;n dispozitivele de control: ax ptrat din alam 12 x12 mm i mner din aluminiu tur-nat sau suport pentru servomotor din aluminiu extrudat;n garnituri: TPE.Observaie: nlimea produsului trebuie s fie multiplu de 100 deoarece lameleleau 100 mm.

Gama de temperaturi pentru lucru normal: -20 C ... +80 C.Limea maxim a unei clapete cu lamele opuse simple: 1400 mm.Opional se pot livra i servomotoare pentru acionarea clapetelor.
