REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PAPAL BLESSINGS

1. To a person : FULL NAME and SURNAME without any title or qualifi cation as Doctor, Hon etc.

2. To a family : FULL FAMILY NAME; eg: John and Jane Barry and family. Please note that Blessings will not be issued in the name of “Mr and Mrs...”

3. Marriage – full name and surname of the bride with her maiden name, And the full name and surname of the groom along with the name of The Catholic Church, city and date where the ceremony will take place

4. Religious Ordinations : full name , Church, city and date.5. Religious Profession : full name, Church, city and date.6. Baptism : full name, Church, city and date7. First Communion : full name, Church, city and date8. Confi rmation : full name, Church, city and date9. Birthdays : full name and date.10. Anniversaries : Wedding, Ordinations,; full name (s) and date.11. Confort to a sick person ( special text )12. Religious Ceremonies/Inaugurations or Anniversaries : full Catholic

authority name ( as Pastor/Vicar General/Superior etc.) . Eg.: Rev name and surname,Pastor and parishioners of Saint Mary Church, City and date , followed by the Occasion.

THE MODELS PRESENTED IN THIS CATALOGUE MAY BE AVAILABLE IN ALL LANGUAGES

All Papal Blessing parchments requests must be accompanied by a letter from Catholic authority attesting that the person/people who will receive the

parchment is /are practicing Catholics .

How to order a Papal Blessing parchment ?

1. By letter enclosing a check payable to the order of DEL PRIORE.Postal money orders and C.O.D. payments are not accepted.

2. By fax or email, in this case a mailing bill shall be added in the invoice.3. Directly in our shop in Rome ( near St. Peter’s square).

How long does it take to receive a Papal Blessing ?

The process, since the arrival of the request , usually takes ten days excluding delivery time.However some delays may be due to holiday times ( eg.: middle of August )or incomplete request.

Applications must be signed by a Catholic authority and accompanied by a separate letter on Diocese/Parish/Church letterhead with seal and signature, attesting that the person(s) who is/are receiveing the Blessing is/are practicing Catholics.

1. Please do not send double orders ! Eventual duplicates shall be charged

unless not marked as COPY of an order previously requested.

2. In order to avoid spelling mistakes please TYPEWRITE your requests.
