l The immersion time depends on the type of piece andthe dirt it has. As illustration, we recommend:

l Carburetor: 2 hours approximately.

l Greasing pieces, as: piston, cylinder heads, etc, whichcan need more immersion time to be completely clean.

l After taking the pieces out from the deposit, it is recom-mended to rinse with pressure water and dry with the air to

1. STRANGE MATERIAL: WATER

Water is deposited on the button of the tank, reducing

its capacity. Rusts and provokes the appearance of non-

organic acids which produce problems of corrosion on

the walls. l The addition of SOLI-FUEL, mixes andscatters the water stopping the formation of acids and

reducing the oxidation in general.

2.STRANGE MATERIAL: SULFUR

The sulfuric acid produced in appearance of the oxygen

and humidity of the environment attack to the walls by

corrosion.

This effect occurs especially with low temperatures.

l With the addition of SOLI-FUEL, it is reached quicklyhigh temperatures, avoiding on this way the corrosion.

3. STRANGE MATERIAL: VANADIUM

The vanadium salts are deposited on the walls provoking

It is recommended, for getting an optimal result, the follo-

1. Proceed o rinse all the vehicle with hot water.

2. Dilute the product to the 50% in water. Apply carefully in

all the surface of the vehicle with a mop or sponge which

does not have solid particles which can grate the paint. It

can also be applied by spray.

Leave to act during 5 or 7 minutes, at last proceed to its eli-

mination with pressure water.

PROPERTIES

l In its formulation contains tensioactives agents whichare emulsifier of the grease and dirt which facilitate the

operation of cleaning, and allows its removing with an

easy rinse with water.

l It does not damage the paint finishes, and it does notattack the gums.

l The treated surfaces with our eliminator of paraffinsresist during more time the redeposition of the dust and

dirt, avoiding their incrustation and maintaining the surfa-

ce softer.

l It is not an alkaline product, it does not present corro-sion or oxidation problems of surfaces without protection.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

It is used as it is in its container.

It can be applied by sprinkling, spraying or moping.

l Spray or sprinkle: spread the product homogenously inall the surface to treat, leave to act during 30 or 60

seconds. After that, proceed to eliminate the residues

with a simple rinse by hand or with pressure water.

l Mopping: it is recommended to damp the mop or spon-ge in the product, apply it lightly on the surface, leaving to

pass 30 or 60 seconds before rinse with pressure water.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

For an optimal performance and result, we recommend

the following steps.

l Proceed to rinse the vehicle with hot water.

l Apply the des-paraffin with a pressure machine, using adosage approximate to 2-3% in water, with a temperature

until 90ºC.

l Eliminate the excess of residues with hot water or use awashing tunnel.

applied, is produced a chemical

reaction where the ferrous rust

changes to an organic insoluble

component with a black-bluish

Surfaces with rests of paints and old oxide: scour the surfa-

ce to facilitate the penetration of the product and apply one

Embedded surfaces with calamine: apply sand stream to

get a perfect application and apply a hand of product.

Surfaces with little oxide: clean the dust and apply a hand

of product.

l Approximate dry time: 2 hours. Do not apply paint, or a

second hand before the time indicated before.

l Product of high technology made by vinyl monomers inmineral oils refined of light type, which have been conve-

niently added with antirust elements which protect the

metallic surfaces during its manufacturing process, mani-

l Isolate the, metallic surface from dampness and theattack of the atmospheric agents, creating a monomole-

cular transparent layer which gives bright and enhance

the metals.

l It does not crack or divide up with the change of tempe-rature, providing a permanent light layer, which does not

dry with the passing of time, what makes ideal for the

covering of pieces recently deoxidized and degreased.

l Avoid the direct contact of the air´s oxygen with themetallic surface, avoiding its corrosion and having the

capacity of eliminating easily through a security solvent

before the final treatment.

l The protector covering has an average duration of 2-4months, after which it must be proceed to treat with the

protector again.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

The product must be used pure, as it is supplied. It can be

applied by brush, immersion or spraying.

Before its application, it is recommended to clean well the

corroded part using a stiff brush, or to treat with our deoxi-

dizing DESCAL.

After that, apply the protector trying to cover all the area.

The treatment will be repeated as many times as that oxide

or corrosive signals appear.

lOnce the dilution is done, in 10-20 parts of water, for onepart of product, it is applied on the surface preferably by

mop, avoiding the formation of gushes which can be mar-

ked later.

l After that a hard rinse with abundant water will be doneand at the end a small dry.

l This rinse with water is very important above all in thecase of the aluminum, as it helps to create a very thin layer

of oxide which passivates the surface preventing that the

posterior oxidation reaction continues, on the contrary that

would occur if the aluminum surface would be completely

naked.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

It will be used on a different way depending on the applica-

tion to do:

l ABSORBENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL DAMPNESS:Spread it in all the area, fine mesh containing between 0,5

and 1 kg of product, preferably situated in high for the envi-

ronmental absorption. The quantity of mesh needed will

depend on the size of the place and the relative dampness.

Put a cube or recipient below of each mesh to pick the

extracted dampness.

l ANTIDUST: spread the product in all the sand or chalkysurface. The squamas absorb the environment dampness

also in dry weather, keeping the sand humid and avoiding

the formation of dust.

Dosage: spread approximately between 2 and 5 kg of pro-

duct for 100 m2 of surface to treat.

l ELIMINATOR OF ICE AND SNOW: apply the productregularly in all the surface to treat. Wait until the squamas

are melted liquefying the snow or ice.

Approximately dosage: 2-8 Kg. of product for 100 m2 of

surface to treat, depending on the quantity of ice or snow.

Prevented treatment: use a dosage of 2 kg of product for

100 m2 of surface to treat.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Use diluted in water as an emulsion. The exact proportion

will depend on the amount of dirt and intensity of the

odours to be eliminated. Can be applied by drip dosage,

sparring or by adding the emulsion directly to the area to

be treated.

As a standard dose, use 1 part product per 10-25 parts

water. In areas where fat is to be eliminated, dilute to 1% in

water.

Leave for a few minutes and then rub with a cloth or stiff

brush, or rinse with a water jet.

We recommend its use in all types of

refrigerant circuits or boiler facilities to

prevent the salt embedded which can

provoke big problems. The factors which

affect more in the behavior of the water

are: pH, contains in oxygen, hardness

and mineralization. Our preventive acts

on all these factors, maintaining in the

most appropriate levels for the perfect

operation of the facilities.

PROPERTIES

l Catch the calcium ion, magnesium, etc, maintainingthem in the solution and avoiding their incrustation in

walls.

l If exists a previous incrustation, it acts on it, establishinga tendency on the metallic ions of the salt scab to pass

throw the solution, reducing like this the incrustation.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Before starting with the treatment, we recommend to

clean the interior with our descaling and powerful cleaner

DESCAL A.E, to ensure a well operation of the facilities.

First treatment: we recommend a dosage of 4 liters of

SINCAL for 1000 liters of water, such in refrigeration as

in boilers.

Maintenance treatment: take a sample once the preven-

tive is diluted, and compare it once a week with the water

of the circuit, if the color has changed to a lighter one,

means that the concentration of SINCAL is low and for

this reason, it will be added more product until getting

the color of the sample.

l To recover the treated piece, it is enough with throwingfrom the superficial reel which will be come off easily wit-

hout leaving residues.

Use it diluted in water with the following proportion: 1 of

product for 10 of water.

Regularly, at least once a week we recommend a comple-

mentary treatment with a product of the “Milk Stone”, for

this, we recommend our IODOFIL or DESCAL A.E.

The complete treatment must follow the following steps.

1.Quick wash of the equipment with water until it is not

milky.

2.Stir the acid product (descaling) during 30 minutes in the

appropriate dilution.

3.. Quick wash carefully with hot water if it is possible, until

the pH of the water become neuter.

4.Stir our diluted REVILAC in the proportion 1:10 during the

same time.

5.Quick wash again with water. If the treatment is only with

REVILAC, the three last steps will be only followed.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

It is used, diluting the product in water and rationing the

content in solids of the water to treat. As illustrative dosa-

ge, use dilutions from 0,1 to 0,5%. The dosage will be done:

mixing the dilution of the product with the water to treat,

with a sufficient contact time for the process of foculation-

decantation will take place.

To get an optimal result, it is recommended to do a decan-

tation trial with the water to treat to affix the appropriate

dosage and the decantation of solids time.

In cabins of paints, apply dilutions of product to the 0,2-

0,3% per cubic meter of water weekly. These quantities can

vary depending on the absorption of paint by the system. It

is recommended to do a cleaning of the pipes, circulation

circuits, bombs, and storage tank of water each 4-6

months, to avoid excessive accumulation of residues in

the circuit of dust capitation.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Before applying the product, clean the grease and oxide of

the surface to treat with a sand paper. Stir well before use

it. Spraying directly on the surface to treat with a distance

of 20-25 cm, in short gusts.

Once the application is done, invert the aerosol and activa-

te the push button to clean the valve.

Dry time is between 15-30 minutes, with a performance

approximately of 0,6-0,8 m2/aerosol.

To improve the terminations, apply thin layers superimpo-

se in case of corpulent layers.

For the cleaning of tools use xylene as solvent.
