AVS (AntiVibrationSystem): contraddistingue igruppi di bloccaggio dei parabrezza sui braccidi sostegno. Questo sistema consente diridurre sensibilmente le rotture delle lastredovute alle vibrazioni per il movimento su ter-reno sconnesso.

Bordo colore Argento, etichette resinate, serigrafia nera suglischermi per maxiscooters, cupolini a doppia convessità permoto in vari colori...Tutte innovazioni estetiche che hanno trovata una immediatarisposta positiva da parte degli appassionati delle due ruote.

DATI TECNICI E SICUREZZA

La Superauto F.lli Biondi si è sempre dimostrata particolar-mente sensibile alle tematiche concernenti la sicurezza. Perquesto motivo da anni ha abbandonato molti materiali diversiper uniformare tutta la sua produzione di schermi sull’estrusoEI 25 (omologato TÜV) della ALTUMAX. Altri materiali si rom-pono infatti in modo analogo al vetro, producendo scheggeestremamente pericolose; l’EI 25 invece, oltre ad essere moltoresistente senza perdere in trasparenza, al momento dell’e-ventuale rottura si spezza in due pezzi senza spargere nel-l’ambiente spezzoni acuminati di materiale.

Gli schermi vanno da spessore 3 fino a 4 mm. nel caso di alcu-ni maxiscooters.

ATTACCHIGli attacchi inoltre presentano spesso sproni e rinforzi saldatiche comportano numerose fasi di lavoro aggiuntive a prote-zione della lastra e del manubrio.Il processo di verniciatura è certificato ISO 9001.I bracci filettati vengono zincati prima di essere verniciati, perevitare la ruggine.

I prodotti prima di entrare definitivamente inproduzione vengono testati su strada e, se losi ritiene opportuno, anche attraverso testspiù approfonditi.

Banco prova.Questo macchinario produce vibrazionimodulabili attraverso le quali si cerca ilpunto di rottura della lastra o dell’attacco.Individuato questo punto si possono pren-dere gli accorgimenti necessari per rinforza-re il prodotto.

MANUTENZIONE

Per la pulizia degli schermi raccomandiamodi non usare alcool o solventi. Consigliamoacqua abbondante e saponi delicati.Periodicamente verificare il serraggio di vitie bulloni.

DESIGN / INNOVATIONSDie makers and designers improve the manufacturing processesof new applications in our Design Center. They unceasingly expe-riment with new technical methods, new shapes and new mate-rials.SUPERAUTO F.LLI BIONDI became very popular on themarket over the years thanks to this uninterrupted research. Someof our ideas were particularly successfull:

AVS (AntiVibrationSystem): it is the exclusive feature of the pointsof connection between our shields and our brackets. This devicereduces considerabily the breakings of shields caused by vibra-tions for driving on rough terrain.Silver-coloured rims, resinated labels, black serigraphs on theshields for maxiscooters, cupolini with double convexity, in variouscolours for motorcycles...all these aesthetic innovations met withthe approval of two-wheels fans.

SPECIFICATIONS AND SAFETYSuperauto F.lli Biondi has always been sensitive to the themasconcerning safety. That is why we renounced to many differentmaterials and converged our production of shields on the extrudedEI 25 (homologated TÜV) produced by Altumax. Some differentmaterials break into dangerous splinters, like glass. On the con-trary EI 25 is very strong, very transparent and, in the event ofbreaking it breaks into two pieces with no scattering of sharp splin-ters everywhere.

The thickness of our shields is 3 mms. and, for some maxiscoo-ters, 4 mms.

BRACKETSBesides, our brackets feature welded stiffenings that protect theshield and the handlebar, involving several additional manufactu-ring processes. Their painting processes is certified ISO 9001.Their threated arms are zinced first and then painted, in order toprotect them from rust.

CHECKS - CONTROLS - TESTSBefore starting the production, each model is always put througha road test, and through further specifical tests too, when we thinkit is right.

TEST BENCHThis machinery produces vibrations capable of being modulated.These vibrations help us to locate the breaking point of shields orbrackets. After the location of the breaking point we make all thechanges that are needed in order to reinforce the product.

MAINTENANCEWe advise you againstusing alcohol or solvents forthe cleaning of the shields.We suggest abundantwater and neutral soap.Periodically check the faste-nings of all screws andbolts.

DESIGN / INNOVATIONSDans notre Centre Design modeleurs, mouleurs et designersaméliorent les procédés de production par nouvelles applications,expérimentent avec nouveaux méthodes techniques nouveauxmateriaux et formes. SUPERAUTO F.LLI BIONDI s’est désormaisaffirmée dans le marché grace à ce constante recherche.Quelques-unes de notres idées ont remporté un vif succès:

AVS (AntiVibrationSystem): est l’exclusive caractéristique despoints de jonction de n. écrans avec les attaches. Ce systèmeréduit considérablement les ruptures des écrans causées par lesvibrations dans la conduite sur terrain accidenté.Bords couleur argent, etiquettes résinées, sérigraphies noires surles écrans pour maxi-scooters, bulles de carenage avec doubleconvexité, en plusieurs couleurs, pour motocyclettes... toutes cesinnovations esthétiques ont été très bien accueillies par les ama-teurs des deux roues.

DONNÉES TECHNIQUES ET SÉCURITÉSUPERAUTO F.LLI BIONDI a toujours été sensible aux thèmes dela sécurité. Pour cette raison nous avons renoncé à plusieursmateriaux différents pour faire converger toute notre productiond’écrans vers l’extrudé EI 25 (homologué TÜV) produit par la s.téAltumax. En effet quelques materiaux différents se brisent commele verre, en éclats très dangereuses. Par contre l’EI 25 est trèsresistant, très transparent et, en case de rupture, il se casse endeux morceaux, sans répandre éclats partout.

L’épaisseur de n. écrans est 3 mm. et, pour quelques maxiscooter,4 mm.

ATTACHESEn outre, nos attaches sont souvent pourvus d’étriers et renforce-ments soudés qui protégent l’écran et le guidon, et qui requièrientbeacoup de phases de travail additionnelles.Le procédé de leur vernissage est certifié ISO 9001. Leur brasfiletés sont zingués d’abord et ensuite ils sont vernis, pour lesprotéger de la rouille.

ESSAIS - CONTRÔLES - TESTSAvant de commencer la production, les produits sont essaiés surroute et sont soumis à ultérieurs essais spécifiques, quand il estnécessaire.

BANC D’ESSAICe machine produits vibrations modulables qui nous permettentde localiser le point de rupture des écrans et des attaches. Aprèsla localisation du point de rupture nous exécutons tous les chan-gements qui sont nécessaires pour renforcer le produit.

ENTRETIENNous recommandons den’utiliser pas alcool ou sol-vants pour le nettoyagedes parebrises. Nous con-seillons eau en abundanceet savon neutre.Contrôlez périodiquementla tenue de toutes les vis ettous les boulons.

Schermi per Maxi-scooters.Sono raggruppati in questa categoria i nostri schermi per quegli scooters che, per dimensioni e potenza, rappre-sentano la fascia alta di gamma delle Case costruttrici.Abbiamo prestato particolare attenzione nella progettazione e produzione di questi schermi per evitare che produ-cessero vortici d’aria alle alte velocità e per garantire linee accattivanti pur mantenendo una grande robustezza.Allo scopo di renderli più stabili e sicuri, e laddove si è reso necessario, alcuni modelli di parabrezza sono dotati dikit di rinforzo che li rendono estremamente affidabili e confortevoli.Maxi - Linea ClubGli schermi di questa linea di produzione sono particolarmente curati anche nei dettagli: tutti i modelli sono seri-grafati ed in alcuni di essi viene proposta la serigrafia nello stesso colore originale del mezzo. Su quasi tutti i model-li è applicata l’etichetta personalizzata che riporta il modello del mezzo.Maxi - Linea Maxi ProSchermi che si caratterizzano per una particolare economicità; non sono serigrafati e hanno applicate le etichetteBiondi standard. Shields for Maxi-scooters.This category includes all the windshields for those scooters that constitute the high range segment of scooter-makers on account of their oversize and power. We planned and carried out these windshields with the greatestcare: we prevented the generation of dangerous whirlwinds at high speeds and once again we obtained a winningdesign without any loss of solidity. Besides, we equip some of these models of windshields with stiffening kit thatmake them very steady and comfortable.Maxi - Line ClubThe windshields of this line are finished to the last detail with the utmost care. All the models are serigraphied andfor some of them the colour of the serigraph is the same original colour as the scooter. We stick a label bearing thename of the scooter model on nearly all these windshields.Maxi - Line Maxi ProThese windshields offer the advantage of low prices: they have no serigraphs and are labelled with standard“Biondi” labels (the size of shields Maxi line MAXI PRO and line CLUB is the same).

Nella progettazione degli articoli abbiamo privilegiato l’af-fidabilità creando prodotti robusti e ben saldi sul mezzo (spesso con più punti di ancoraggio). Anche la facilitàdi montaggio, compatibilmente con le esigenze di sicurezza e saldezza, è stata tenuta in grande considera-zione. Il sistema AVS (AntiVibrationSystem) rende inoltre unici i nostri prodotti: grazie ad esso i punti di bloc-caggio dello schermo sono in grado di assorbire le vibrazioni forti ed improvvise derivanti da guida su terrenosconnesso. Il nostro catalogo di articoli è così vasto perchè abbiamo sempre seguito con attenzione l’evolver-si del mercato delle due ruote, proponendo parabrezza studiati “su misura” per ogni singolo scooter propostodalla case produttrici (oltre 360 applicazioni).

Shields Line Clubthis line features high quality models. These windshield are very protective, their parts are made with care, inthe best materials. We favoured safety in our planning. We made ready strong and steady shields, that are wellfastened to the scooter (often by means of several fixing points). Besides, we took the easiness of the moun-ting into great consideration, compatibly with solidity and stability. The AVS (AntiVibrationSystem) makes ourshields unique. Thanks to this device the points of connection between our shield and their brackets damp theheavy and sudden vibrations generated by driving on rough terrain. Our catalogue is very wide as we alwaysfollowed closely the evolvement of the two-wheels market. We proposed custom-made windshields for everysingle model of scooter put on the market by Scootermakers (more than 360 fittings).

Ces parebrises protégent considérablement et leursdétails sont exécutés avec le plus grand soin, en utilisant les meilleurs matériaux. Dans nos projets nous avonsfavorisé la sûreté. Nous avons realisé parebrises robustes et solides, bien fixés au scooter(souvant avec plu-sieurs points de fixation). Nous avons pris en grande considération aussi la facilité du montage dans la mesu-re où la sûreté et la solidité le permettent. L’AVS (Anti Vibration System) rend unique n. parebrises. Grâce à cesystéme les points de jonction de n. écrans avec les attaches amortissent les vibrations fortes et imprevuesproduites par la conduite sur terrain accidenté. Notre catalogue est trés vaste parce que nous avons toujourssuivi de près l’evolution du marché des deux roues. Nous avons proposé parebrises “sur mesure”, pour cha-que modèle de scooter sorti par les producteurs (plus de 360 applications).
