About Us
Brief history of our company. In 2013 we started with our fresh and chic ideas.
We are 5 young adults who had a dream.
A small introduction about our employees: Shashi is our secretary, Siebe is our accountant,
Sheron isour personnel officer, Yori is the salesman and Amy is the receptionist. Through
the last two years Filia Fashion succeeded to gain a significant by means of quality
products, fair pricing, wide range of products and competitive advantages in the production
process. We only provide our collection exclusively through our own network of branches
and shiops in the most stylish department stores of The Netherlands. Our clothing is made in
Greece for a fair price. our stores are located in 16 large European Cities like Rome,
Antwerpen and Paris. Due to our fresh ideas we've become a large company
with a lot of satisfied customers.

Terms of payment and
delivery
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
PAYMENT
1.1 Payments are to be made to Filia Fashion without any deduction or discount other than
as stated in these terms or in the relevant invoice or statement.
1.2 The balance of the invoice price must be paid in full before delivery.
1.3 All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is
declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received,
no items will be shipped.
1.4 Interest is payable on all overdue accounts calculated on a daily basis at the rate of 1.5%
per month as from the date due for payment until payment is received by Filia Fashion.
DELIVERY
2.1 The customer must, within 5 days of being notified of their availability, collect or
acceptdelivery of the goods and pay the balance of the invoice price.
2.2 If the customer fails to collect the goods or accept delivery within 21 days of being
notified of their availability, the company may terminate this contract, keep the deposit and
resell the goods.
2.3 In addition to clause 2.2, Filia Fashion reserves the right to charge the customer storage
on goods not collected or delivered within 5 days of notification of their availability at the
rate of $35.00 per week or part thereof.
2.4 Filia Fashion reserves the right to deliver the goods in whole or in instemmends, as well
as toe delivery prior to the date for delivery the customer must NOT refuse to take delivery
of the goods.
2.5 Any failure on the part of Fila Fashion to deliver instalments within any specified time
does NOT entitle the Customer to repudiate the contract with regard to the balance
remaining undelivered.
