Thursday-Saturday 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

If you leave the event and plan to return later the same day, be sure to have your hand stamped at any entrance/exit prior to departure.

Event Information: Visit the staff at the Information Booth inside the main south door of the Better Living Center or in the hallway that joins Mallary North and South.

First Aid/Emergency: EMT’s are located in the southeast corner of the Better Living Center and along the south side of the coliseum arena. In the event of an emergency, contact any Equine Affaire staff member at any clinic/demo venue or security/fire personnel in any building for immedi-ate assistance.

No pets or smoking permitted inside any event building including the barns.

Catch the Action at the Versatile Horse & Rider Competition Sponsored by Nutrena®

Watch up to 30 pre-selected horse and rider teams compete for $5,500 in cash and other prizes in this timed and judged race through a challenging obstacle course designed to test communica-tion between horse and rider as well as each competitor’s horsemanship skills. Qualifying rounds are on Thursday morn-ing and the finals are on Friday afternoon in the coliseum.

Equine Affaire’s signature musical celebration of the horse,the Fantasia, will take place in the coliseum on Thursday,Friday, and Saturday at 8:00pm and be the perfect ending toa perfect day at Equine Affaire. Gather with family and friendsto enjoy presentations by several of the best equine andequestrian performers in the nation including internationallyacclaimed liberty horse trainer, Sylvia Zerbini, the Knights ofIceland, Dan James, and Big Horse Productions. The Fantasiawill feature a wide variety of breeds of horses and take you on a journey through disciplines ranging from freestyle reining and Grand Prix dressage to driving, drill teams, Roman riding, and speed events. Stop by the Information Booth in the Better Living Center to find out about tickets still available for this evening of great entertainment for horse lovers of all ages. Doors to the coliseum open at 7:30pm for the Fantasia.

Soak up a wealth of advice from industry experts on sessions covering the gamut of horse training, horse management, and equestrian subjects at the Demo Ring in the Mallary North and the Seminar Stage in the Better Living Center. Explore the All New Equine Fundamentals Forum ...Are you new to riding or horse ownership? Be sure to check out the Equine Fundamentals Forum in the Mallary South where you’ll discover a series of demos and displays devoted to developing your understanding of horses and how to interact with them. Learn the basics from the experts here at Equine Affaire. You’ll also find special learning activities for the youngest of horse enthusiasts at the “EFF.”

Shop for All Things Equine and Equestrian ...Browse the largest horse-related trade show in the East with acres of equine products and services ranging from tack, riding apparel, gifts, art, jewelry, grooming supplies to trailers, barns, fencing, and farm equipment. You’ll find ven-dors in the Better Living Center, Young Building, the Mallary North and South, the Stroh Building, and areas in between.

Show Me the Horses! Visit dozens of horse breeds from North America, Europe, and beyond at the Breed Pavilion in the Stroh Building and the Horse & Farm Exhibits in C Barn. Representatives of horse, pony, and color associations and registries are on hand to answer your questions about their breeds and registries. Equines from ponies to drafts and from stock horses to sport horses are on exhibit, and there are breed demonstrations throughout the weekend in the coliseum and Mallary South arenas and the Equine Fundamentals Forum in the Mallary South. A variety of stallions, breeding farms, training facilities, horse facilities, and horses for sale are on hand in the Horse & Farms Exhibits!
