Catering & Special EventsWally’s Beverly Hills Catering & Events is a natural extension of its luxury retail-restaurant op-
eration. Our team curates one-of-a kind dining experiences around the world. We offer com-
plete catering and event services, and can assist you with staging anything from intimate
dinner parties to elaborate weddings and corporate events. Chef Ryan Kluver will customize

Ryan Kluver - Executive Chef
Ryan Kluver is the Executive Chef of Wally’s Beverly Hills and Wally’s Santa Monica. Born and
raised in San Clemente, Ryan Kluver grew up with a dream to be a chef after watching his great
grandfather lead kitchens in Los Angeles. His passion and curiosity for cooking at an early age
led him to his first job in the kitchen at Patina Restaurant Group in Los Angeles where he was
a chef at their famed restaurant, Patina, then went on to open Paper Fish in Beverly Hills, and,
finally a traditional French restaurant, Kendall’s Brasserie. He returned to L.A. in 2006 to open
Hatfield’s, one of L.A.’s most exciting fine dining establishment’s the city had ever seen. He went
on to perfect his craft at The Royce in Pasadena, and in 2014 Wally’s was lucky enough to have
this talented Chef leading their kitchen. Ryan is very much about quality and technique over
flash and his mission is to highlight quality, seasonal ingredients in every dish he creates.
Whether you are planning an intimate dinner party at home, or staging an elaborate wedding
reception or corporate cocktail party, our chefs look forward to providing you with memorable
dishes for your special event.
