Weddings

Your Special day without any of the stress!

When it comes to handcrafting your catering needs for your wedding, we are there every step of the way.

Whether you are getting married at one of our recommended venues or holding the wedding at home in a marquee or elsewhere, we will work with you to ensure your day is all you wished for and more.

We can offer a variety of options for your wedding, or even tailor make a package to suit your needs and individuality. After all your wedding should be exactly as you've always dreamed! We pride ourselves on a very extensive menu selection and the highest standard of service, however if you do not see something

you fancy just let us know – we are always coming up with new combinations and would be happy to discuss any ideas you may also have.

After the initial enquiry we will arrange a time to discuss the plan of the day, ensuring that we incorporate your ideas. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown highlighting the areas you need to consider and suggest other suppliers from florists to marquee companies, cake-makers to photographers, as required.

On the day itself we provide a full co-ordination service, laying the tables with your decorations, Name cards, favors etc. and Co-ordinating with photographers and the best man so you can just relax and enjoy.

Once you have decided to go ahead with Balsamic Fig Catering and your deposit is paid we arrange a Menu tasting evening for the Bride & Groom based on a short list of the dishes you have selected. This includes Canapes, starters, main course and dessert. You can even invite your parents, maid of honor or best man

for a small fee.

Hog Roasts

Our Hog Roasts at Balsamic Fig is a fans favorite, not only do you get succulent meat you also get the crispiest crackling possible. Our experienced chefs cook our Pigs for 7 hours at a

low temperature before raising it to get the lovely crispy coat. They will then professionally carve the Hog in front of your guests and serve them

their meat. We have 3 packages available.

The Basic Package

This is our basic party package which includes the following

Whole succulent spit roasted pig Crispy crackling

Floured rolls Homemade sweet apple sauce

(based on 100 people, any additional guests above 100 will be charged per person)

We will allocate a chef especially to your event, who will cook and carve leaving it ready for your guests to enjoy.

The Upgraded Package

This is our Upgraded package which includes the following

Lemon and thyme Sautéed potatoes Choice of three Salads

After living in Southern Spain, here at Balsamic Fig we have created a delicious dish based on a traditional family recipe.

We can cater for any size event with our specially designed paella pans. We dedicate an

Bowl food

Bowl food is a great option for feeding a large crowd. It still allows the guests to try a

selection of different dishes without having to sit down!

All our bowl food options include a minimum of one chef onsite to cook and assemble

Chocolate Fountain

Here at Balsamic Fig we are proud owners of a 44inch Giles & Posner Chocolate Fountain, with a stunning LED light surround base.

Let your guests have 3 hours of fun dipping in a selection of treats from Mini Jam Doughnuts and Flapjack Pieces to Fresh Strawberries. One of our fully trained members of staff will come and set

up the talking point of the event and get the chocolate flowing then stay for 3 hours (or more if you want) and keep the fountain replenished with your chosen dippers and make sure the chocolate is

running perfectly, for everyone to have fun and enjoy the tempting treats.
