The meeting spaces and amenities at the Memorial Art Gallery give you the opportunity to create an event your guests or coworkers will remember for years to come.

MAG EVENTS INFORMATIONBrown Hound Downtown: The Brown Hound’s stunning and unique space can be booked outside

of regular operating hours. Enjoy the Hound Lounge with its hand-crafted bar, the skylit, aerie - Cutler balcony, the espresso bar & in- house bakery, along with all the delicious food we’re known

Your Place Brown Hound Catering can prepare food for pick or drop off. We will also come to your house with a happy heart, to set up, serve you & your guests and

leave your home just as we found it.

Other Venues Brown Hound Catering works with a number of local venues that invite us to bringour food (and sometimes our beverage) into their space. We can share a list of

these partners and their contact information on request.

Dietary: We frequently work with people who follow vegan, vegetarian and gluten free lifestyles, as well as people with allergies and food sensitivities.

Please let us know if we can tailor your event for these needs.

POLICIESPricing on these menus is based on the minimums shown.

If you have a smaller group, these options are available, however pricing is subject to change until 30 prior to your event based on season and availability.

If you plan to hold your event in one of the Memorial Art Gallery’s spaces, you must book directly with MAG Events department.

Events held in MAG event spaces are subject to a 20% Service Charge on all food & beverage.

consumption charges. Service Charge is not a gratuity, but covers service, administrative, insurance

and operational costs. Gratuity can be added to the invoice at your request.

GRATUITY: A gratuity can be added to your invoice at your request. Gratuities will be distributed to the service staff per your instructions. Gratuities for our staff are greatly appreciated and are

at client discretion. They are NOT automatically added to the bill. If you wish to add gratuity to any event invoice, please let us know.

A minimum guaranteed guest count is due at least 5 business days before your event. If your menu includes guest selections, those selections are also due at that time.

Please, on the day of your event, provide place cards to your guests identifying their selections. Items may change based on seasonal availability.

Rental fees may apply depending on the specifics of your event. If you plan to have us to serve alcohol at your event, we must apply for a special

permit for any space outside of our own licensed restaurant. This application must be submitted at least 15 business before your event date.
