Wireless SensorThesensorwasdesignedtoreceivesignalswithinamaximumrangeof60cm,toreducechanceofinterference.Whenadjustingthewirelesssensor,notethefollowing:•Signalscannotbereceivedifthedistancebetweenthesensorandthecomputeristoolarge.Thereceivingdistancemaybeshortenedduetolowtemperatureandexhaustedbatteries.•Signalscanbereceivedonlywhenthebackofthecomputerisfacingthesensor.Interferencemayoccur,resultinginincorrectdata,ifthecomputeris:•NearaTV,PC,radio,motor,orinacarortrain.•Closetoarailroadcrossing,railwaytracks,TVstationsand/orradarbase.•Usingwithotherwirelessdevices,orsomeparticularbatterylights.

Install the sensor and magnet in a position where the following conditions are satisfi ed.
Thedistancefromthecomputertothesensoriswithinthetrans-missiondatalength,andthebackofthecomputerfacesdownward.
Themagnetpassesthroughthesensorzoneofthespeedsensor.
Theclearancebetweenthesensorsur-faceandthemagnetiswithin5mm.
Check the mounting position of the sensor and magnet
Getanestimateofthemount-ingpositionwheretheclearancebetweenthemagnetsurfaceandsensorzoneis5mmorless,byslidingupanddownthesensorandmagnetbeforemounting.
