Higher expectationsIn addition to the quality management certifi cation in place in all of our facilities, Euroclima has a policy to continuously improve its admin-istrative and manufacturing processes to provide products with top quality and reliability for the satisfaction of our customers. Because every project is unique, every country has its own laws and regula-tions, every building it’s own constraints, Euroclima participate to a number of international certifi cation programs, related to quality, per-formances, hygiene or energy consumption.

In term of performances, the more complete certifi cation program is defi nitively the Eurovent certifi cations which certify the performances of the components, as part of the units, but also the mechanical char-acteristics of the housing, as described in the next page. Compo-nents certifi ed according to other programs can be offered, such as AHRI certifi ed coils.

For medical applications, where the air cleanliness in the critical zones is essential, Euroclima has developed innovative and unique options to comply to highly demanding regulations such as the VDI 6022, the DIN 1946-4, the SWKI99-3, the ONORM H 6020 or the HTM 03-01 NHS. Also, units to be installed in hazardous areas, can certifi ed ac-cording to the ATEX directives 94/9/EC or 99/92/EC.

EUROVENT CERTIFIED PERFORMANCES

The purpose of Eurovent certifi cation program is to create a common set of criteria for the rating of products. Through specifi cation of certi-fi ed products, the engineer’s tasks become easier, since there is no need to carry out detailed comparison and performance qualifi cation testing. Consultants, contractors and end users can select products with the assurance that the catalogue data are accurate.

When a manufacturer participates in a certifi cation program, he has to present its list of models or model ranges together with their per-formance data. The fi les are evaluated by Eurovent certifi cation and a predefi ned number of units are selected for testing by independent laboratories. If results comply with the relevant standards, models or ranges are listed in the Eurovent certifi cation online directory. Models are subject to regular random testing to verify compliance with the catalogue data.

The selection software certifi ed by Eurovent certifi cation must calcu-late and indicate the Eurovent energy classes on the data sheets. The energy class of an air handling unit is based on the air velocity in the unit, the power consumption of the motors, and the effi ciency + the air pressure drops of the energy recovery device.

Increasingly high demands are constantly being made of modern buildings in terms

of air quality and economics. Against a background of rising energy prices, the building shell is being increasingly insulated and sealed. Consequently, in new purpose-built buildings the heat transmission load is often well below that of the ventilation heat requirement. Energy-saving air handling optimised to particular requirements is thus one of the most important planning func-tions in building technology. The running costs of the building are largely determined by this factor. At the same time, the user‘s sensitivity to air quality is increasing and im-portance is placed on avoiding the harmful effects of buildings on people (key word: sick building syndrome).

Most of the persons spend 90% of the time indoor. Consequently the quality of the modern room climate is essential for the liv-ing comfort. It must provide for a healthy, germ-free air and a pleasant room climate, which promote our well-being and our ef-ficiency. Since the eighties the so called Sick Building Syndrom (SBS) is intensively analysed, frequent evidence of physical im-balance affect negatively the health. Funda-mentally these are the main hygienic risks:

toxic parts in the air•allergic symptoms•noise, light, smell, humidity, temperature•infections•

Euroclima units set new standards of venti-lation technology and air-conditioning. Fea-tures of the units include innovative tech-nological design, reduced operating costs and compact dimensions. The units meet all hygiene requests.

Die energiesparende, und dem Be-darf optimal angepasste Luftaufbereitung, ist so eine der wichtigsten Planungsauf-gaben der Gebäudetechnik. Die Betriebs-kosten des Gebäudes werden wesentlich durch diesen Faktor mitbestimmt. Gleich-zeitig steigt die Sensibilität der Nutzer für die Luftqualität und es gilt schädliche Ge-bäudeeinflüsse auf den Menschen (Stich-wort SBS-Syndrom) zu vermeiden.

Der Großteil der Menschen verbringt 90% der Zeit in geschlossenen Räumen. Diese Tatsache stellt besonders hohe Anforde-rungen an eine moderne Klimatechnik. Sie muss für gesunde, keimfreie Luft und ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgen, die unser Wohlbefinden und unsere Leistungsfähig-keit fördern. Seit Beginn der 80er Jahre wird das so genannte Sick-Building-Syndrom (SBS) diskutiert, ein häufiges Auftreten von Befindlichkeitsstörungen, die folgende po-tentiellen Risiken einer gesundheitlichen Gefährdung bewirken:

Euroclima Raumluftgeräte setzen heute neue Maßstäbe in der anspruchsvollen Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik. Es zeichnet sich durch innovative Technik, optimierte Betriebskosten und kompakter Bauweise, unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Hy-gienenormen aus.

Negli edifici moderni aumentano costan-temente le esigenze in termini di quali-

tà dell’aria ambiente e di economicità. Alla luce dell’incremento dei prezzi dell’energia, la struttura esterna degli edifici è sottoposta ad interventi sempre più sofisticati di isola-mento termico e protezione. Ne consegue che, nei nuovi edifici, il fabbisogno di ca-lore in termini di trasmissione risulta note-volmente inferiore al fabbisogno di calore in termini di ventilazione, per lo meno nella maggior parte dei casi. Così, il trattamento dell’aria, volto al risparmio energetico e otti-mizzato rispetto ai fabbisogni, rappresenta oggi una delle sfide progettuali più impor-tanti nel campo dell’edilizia. Tale fattore, infatti, contribuisce a determinare, in ma-niera sostanziale, i costi d’esercizio di qual-siasi edificio. Al contempo, cresce anche la sensibilità degli utenti nei confronti della qualità dell’aria negli edifici e la necessità di evitare ripercussioni dannose sulla salute dell’uomo (sindrome SBS).

La maggior parte delle persone passa il 90% del tempo in ambienti chiusi. Le esi-genze di mantenere il comfort climatico interno sono elevate. Deve provvedere ad un aria sana e germ-free e ad un clima pia-cevole della stanza, che promuove il nostro benessere e la nostra efficienza. Dagli inizi degli anni ’80 viene discussa la sindrome SBS (Sick-Building- Syndrom), la quale di frequente causa scompensi al benessere psicofisico. Questi sono i principali rischi connessi:

Technical specification ZHK 2000

Housing assembled with self supporting modular panels with base frame integrated into the unit and aluminium profiles along the upper sides of the unit. Inside and outside walls completely smooth. The 50 mm thick double skin panel contains a glass fibre insulation, complying with fire protec-tion class 0 of ISO 1182.2 an class A1 of DIN 4102. The fibre glass guarantees an optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. On the front sides of the inner panels there are centred holes at a distance of 152,5 mm each. Through these holes the panels are fixed to each other. In order to obtain a high stability of the structure, the inner panel has two bending on the outer side, allow-ing consequently an easy assembly of the outer panel skin. Additionally, the overlapping sheets on the angles are micro welded on each other. A quick assembly and disassembly of the outer panel skin is possible through the international patented snap-in-assembly construction with a special profile on the inner side of the outer panel skin.The air handling units are equipped with large dimensioned access doors in same thickness and execution as panel, door frame made of aluminium, special rubber seal with welded cor-ners, adjustable hinges, safety locks. The doors are foreseen for fan- filter- and humidifier section. Removable inspection panels with patented service locks are foreseen for prefilters and anti-frost frame sections and on request also for other sections. The execution is the same as the panel, door frame made of aluminium, rubber seal.With screws removable panels are foreseen for electric heater section and on request for other sections. Technische Beschreibung ZHK 2000

Selbsttragende, rahmenlose, modulare Paneel- Konstruktion mit integriertem Grundrahmen aus verzinktem Stahlblech und durchgehenden Alumini-umprofilen an den Geräteoberkanten. Gehäusepaneel doppelschalig, bestehend aus In-nen- und Außendeckel vollkommen glatt mit dazwi-schenliegender nicht brennbarer Glasfaserisolierung (Brandschutz- Klasse 0 nach ISO II 82.2 und A1 nach DIN 4102), optimal zur Schall- und Wärme-dämmung. An den umlaufenden Stirnflächen des Innendeckels werden mittig Lochungen im Raster-maß von 152,5 mm hergestellt um die Paneele zu verbinden. Zur Aufnahme des Außendeckels und zur Erhöhung der Stabilität der gesamten Gehäuse-konstruktion wird der Innendeckel an der Außenseite mit einem Doppelbug versehen. Die überlappenden Bleche in den Ecken werden miteinander verpresst bzw. verschweißt. Durch eine spezielle Profilierung an der Innenseite des Außendeckels können die Vorteile der international patentierten Nut-Schnapp-Verbindung voll genutzt werden. Die Vorteile liegen in der raschen Montage bzw. Demontage der Au-ßendeckel.Lüftungsgeräte mit großflächigen Inspektions- bzw. Wartungstüren; Gerätetüre, vorgesehen für Ventila-tor-, Filter- und Befeuchterbauteil, in Paneelstärke; Türrahmen aus Aluminium inklusive Hohlprofiltür-dichtung mit verschweißten Ecken; einstellbare Scharniere und Sicherheitsverschlüsse; Abnehm-barer Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel, vorgese-hen für Frostschutzrahmen, Paneelfilterbauteil, an-nähernd in Paneelstärke, können bei Bedarf auch für alle anderen Bauteile geliefert werden; Rahmen aus Aluminium; Türdichtung, mit Klapp/Dreh-Ver-schlüssen.Abschraubbare Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel, vorgesehen für Elektroheizregister, annähernd in Paneelstärke, Rahmen aus Aluminium, Türdichtung, mit dem Türrahmen verschraubt. Abschraubbare Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel können bei Be-darf auch für alle anderen Bauteile geliefert werden.

Struttura autoportante con pannelli modulari, telaio base in acciaio zincato integrato nell’unità e profilato in alluminio sui lati superiori. Assenza di sporgenze all’interno e all’esterno.Pannello a doppia parete con isolamento in lana di vetro di spessore 50 mm fissato tra le pareti che garantisce un elevato isolamento ter-mico ed acustico. La lana di vetro è conforme alle norme antiincendio ISO 1182.2 classe 0 e DIN 4102- A1.Sui lati frontali dei pannelli interni sono centra-ti dei fori a distanza di 152,5 mm, attraverso i quali i singoli pannelli sono collegati. Il pannel-lo interno viene provvisto di una doppia piega sulla parte esterna per aumentare la stabilità della struttura e per facilitare il montaggio del pannello esterno.Inoltre gli strati di lamiera che si sovrappongono sugli angoli vengono microsaldati a pressione. Un rapido montaggio e smontaggio della pa-rete esterne si ottiene attraverso il sistema di assemblaggio internazionalmente brevettato “snap–in” con un profilo speciale sulla parte in-terna dei pannelli esterni.Le centrali di trattamento aria sono equipaggia-te con porte d’ispezione e/o. Manutenzione di grandi dimensioni necessari in esecuzione ap-prossimativamente come il pannello. Tali porti-ne sono previste per le sezioni ventilatore, filtri ed umidificatori. Il telaio è in alluminio, cerniere regolabili, guarnizione in gomma saldata sugli angoli, chiusure di sicurezza. Le portine d’ispe-zione asportabili hanno le chiusure di sicurezza brevettate che sono previsti per prefiltri e telai antigelo e si può avere su richiesta anche per altre sezioni.L’esecuzione è come il pannello, il telaio in allu-minio e guarnizione in gomma. Pannelli svitabili sono previsti per la sezione della batteria elettri-ca e su richiesta anche su altre sezioni. L’ese-cuzione è come il pannello dell’unità, il telaio in alluminio e guarnizione in gomma.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE VENTA

Salvo acuerdo expreso del vendedor prevalecerán las siguientes condiciones de venta. Aplicación Estas condiciones se aplicarán a todas las relaciones comerciales realizadas con el cliente o usuario final de nuestros productos. El cliente acepta en su relación comercial con DIMATEK S.L., las condiciones generales que se indican en su totalidad, no realizando por su parte ninguna modificación en nuestros catálogos comerciales de venta. Precio Los precios indicados en la presente tarifa, salvo error tipográfico, son precios de venta al público con pago al contado, no incluyen IVA ni impuestos indirectos, y permanecerán vigentes durante el periodo de validez del presente catálogo o hasta una nueva edición. Los precios se consideran siempre, sobre camión en nuestros almacenes. Especificaciones Los datos y características contenidos en el presente catálogo se proporcionan a título indicativo, sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso, y a confirmar en caso de pedido. Pedidos Los pedidos se solicitarán por escrito y serán confirmados por el vendedor mediante acuse de recepción de pedido indicando la fecha de salida de fábrica, las condiciones de pago, y con reserva del derecho de renuncia. Una vez iniciada la fabricación o distribución del pedido no podrán admitirse anulaciones. Plazos de entrega Los plazos de entrega son de carácter orientativo. Comenzará a partir de haber recibido debidamente aceptado por el cliente, el acuse de recepción de pedido. Transporte y Entrega El transporte será a cargo de DIMATEK S.L. en pedidos de clientes superiores a 2.200€ Neto y siempre y cuando la entrega del producto sea en España peninsular o puerto peninsular, en lugar accesible sobre camión y a lo largo de la jornada laboral. Sólo se aceptarán reclamaciones sobre la entrega si se hace constar por escrito en el correspondiente albarán y son comunicadas dentro de las 24 horas siguientes. Devoluciones Salvo expresa autorización de DIMATEK S.L., no se admitirán cambios ni devoluciones del material y en todo caso se deducirá un porcentaje no inferior al 15% del precio de venta en concepto de gastos de tramitación. Embalaje Los precios de tarifa incluyen embalaje estándar para transporte por carretera, no apto para transporte marítimo. Los embalajes especiales se cargarán en factura. Facturación y condiciones de pago La facturación de los equipos se realizará a la salida de la mercancía. Los precios se entenderán al contado, mediante transferencia bancaria, salvo acuerdo expreso entre las partes. El precio de compraventa se devengará el día de la facturación. Los acuerdos con el Cliente o relacionados con el pedido en relación con el importe de los descuentos y el plazo para aplicar descuentos, únicamente tendrán validez si los hubiéramos confirmado por escrito. La regulación de los descuentos no incluye un acuerdo sobre prórrogas y aplazamientos. En el caso de nuevos clientes, nos reservamos la posibilidad de realizar el suministro previo pago por anticipado. Los pagos con cheque o pagaré, se aceptarán únicamente a condición de que esta forma de pago se hubiera pactado por escrito. Si el cliente no cumpliera con su obligación de pago a más tardar en la fecha de vencimiento, nos corresponde el derecho a realizar los siguientes suministros al cliente, únicamente mediante pago por anticipado. Las pretensiones legales de mayor alcance no se verán afectadas por la cláusula anterior. Se facturarán unos intereses de demora por importe de 7 puntos porcentuales por encima del tipo básico de interés del banco Central Europeo Salvo acuerdo sobre la forma de pago, las facturas se pagarán al contado. El vendedor se reserva el derecho a retener la entrega de los pedidos pendientes si apreciara circunstancias de riesgo para el cumplimento de los pagos pendientes. Garantía El vendedor garantiza los productos al comprador contra todo defecto de fabricación durante el periodo de 12 meses desde la fecha de entrega. La garantía cubre exclusivamente la reparación del producto en las instalaciones del vendedor o sustitución del mismo y/o sus componentes defectuosos. En el caso de la reparación del equipo fuera de nuestras instalaciones, se procederá al suministro de piezas, la mano de obra y material fungible (relés, fusibles, contactores, gas refrigerante y pequeño material) serán por cuenta del comprador o instalador. Las piezas en garantía suministradas se pagarán al contado antes de su entrega y se procederá a su abono una vez que se halla recibido la pieza defectuosa en nuestras instalaciones y se confirme que esta cubierta por la garantía. Cesión de garantía La cesión de garantía es de un 3% previo acuerdo con el cliente o distribuidor y cuado la instalación este fuera del territorio peninsular. Instalación El comprador reconoce que los productos DIMATEK S.L. bienes de equipo destinados a integrar una instalación frigorífica. A tal efecto, el comprador se compromete a cumplir con la legislación aplicable y a garantizar la calidad de la instalación, que en todo caso ha de ser realizada por una empresa instaladora autorizada. Resolución de conflictos La compraventa de los productos de DIMATEK S.L. se rige por la ley española. Cualquier conflicto o discusión se someterá al arbitraje de derecho de la Cámara de Comercio de BARCELONA. En caso de desacuerdo, las partes renuncian expresamente a cualquier fuero que pudiera corresponderles y se someten a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de BARCELONA.

CONDICIONES GENERALES ESPECÍFICAS DE GARANTIA

1. PLAZO DE GARANTÍA La duración de la garantía es de 12 meses a partir de la fecha de factura. Se ampliará el plazo de la garantía a 18 meses, a partir de la fecha de factura, cuando la puesta en marcha del equipo sea realizada por nuestro SAT. Los repuestos suministrados tendrán un plazo de garantía de 6 meses, a partir de la fecha de factura.

2. COBERTURA

La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación, siempre y cuando nuestros productos sean instalados, mantenidos y utilizados en condiciones normales, de acuerdo con las especificaciones de los manuales técnicos y según la NORMATIVA VIGENTE. La garantía incluye: - El suministro de piezas (compresores, evaporadores, intercambiadores, bombas, etc). - No están incluidos, la mano de obra para la sustitución de los mismos y el pequeño material auxiliar (relés, fusible, contactores) - que serán por cuenta del cliente. - Las consultas y gestiones técnicas de puesta en marcha y seguimiento por el clienter. La garantía no se aplicará en los siguientes casos: - Los defectos de funcionamiento o roturas de piezas y componentes no imputables a DIMATEK S.L.. - Las piezas y componentes que no hayan sido montados de origen en fábrica. - Los desplazamientos a obra para puestas en funcionamiento, o rearmes de seguridad sin que haya avería o fallo en el equipo, comunicándolo por escrito o mail a nuestras oficinas. - La corrosión o deterioro anormal de los intercambiadores debido a la agresividad de los fluidos que por ellos circulan. - Los medios auxiliares necesarios en obra para el acceso al equipo o para la sustitución de las piezas defectuosas.

3. PROCEDIMIENTOS

- En caso de solicitud de Asistencia técnica, es indispensable realizarla por escrito, vía mail a info@dimatek.es, para proceder a asignarle una orden de asistencia técnica, además es obligatoria la presencia del instalador para facilitar el acceso hasta el equipo y actuar sobre la instalación cuando fuera necesario. En caso de suministro de una pieza en garantía, ésta queda bajo propiedad de DIMATEK S.L., y tiene que ser devuelta debidamente embalada y sin cargo de transporte a nuestras oficinas centrales Avda. Corts Catalanes, 5 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès Barcelona (Spain) para poder proceder a su adecuada inspección, elaboración de informe y devolución a fábrica para su revisión

Estos repuestos en garantía serán facturados al cliente y una vez comprobado que el repuesto está cubierto por la garantía del fabricante, se procederá a realizar el abono oportuno, así mismo deberá ir acompañado de una nota con los datos de la factura de compra y detallado informe de la avería observada.

4. CONDICIONES

Para hacer uso de la garantía, deberá cumplirse:

- El instalador deberá enviar por email a info@dimatek.es, la carta o tarjeta de garantía y el Protocolo de Pruebas técnicas de la puesta en marcha, debidamente cumplimentados, sellados y firmados. - Existencia de un fallo o pieza defectuosa imputable a DIMATEK S.L. y aceptado como tal por nuestro Servicio de Asistencia Técnica. - Instalación, uso y mantenimiento del equipo correctos según normas en vigor. - Que los equipos no hayan sido modificados o manipulados por personas ajenas a DIMATEK S.L. - Que haya sido atendido el pago de la factura/s del equipo correspondiente en el plazo convenido en el acuse de pedido. - Cuando la puesta en marcha sea realizada por el Sat de la zona, estará presente un técnico de la empresa instaladora o mantenedora para la verificación de los protocolos de prueba. El Instalador/Mantenedor : Realizara las verificaciones previas antes de la PUESTA EN MARCHA. Pruebas de estanqueidad en circuitos frigoríficos e Hidráulicos, conexionado eléctrico de fuerza y control de los cuadros eléctricos con los elementos de control externos. La aceptación de las condiciones generales de venta, implica la aceptación de las cláusulas de las presentes condiciones de garantía.

5. TERRITORIO DE APLICACIÓN

Estas condiciones de garantía sólo son aplicables para equipos suministrados e instalados en España. DIMATEK S.L. no acepta ninguna modificación de la garantía, salvo que sea acordada por ambas partes, antes de la realización del pedido. ACEPTACION CONDICIONES DE GARANTIA. Firma del cliente:
