TroyGay,AIA,CEI,istheSeniorProjectManagerfortheArchitecturalResearchInstitute.Mr.Gayhasover25yearsofprofessionalarchitecturalandengineeringexperience,whichincludesprojectmanagement,designing,production,inspecting,andconsulting.Hehasdesignedandmanagedthedevelopmentandconstructionofseveralcommercial,multi-familyandsingle-familyresidentialprojects,whichhaveincludedofficebuildings,retailwarehouses,shoppingcenters,automotivedealerships,firestations,apartmentproperties,mixed-usefacilities,andcustomhomesthroughouttheUSandCanada.HeearnedaBachelorofArchitecturedegreeandanAssociate’sdegreeofAppliedScienceinArchitecturalEngineeringTechnologyfromtheUniversityoftheDistrictoftheColumbia.
