In-line with the latest changes to the Building Regulations, CB Precast now also provide an Insulated version of our Beam and Block Floor. Comprising of state of the art EPS In�ll Blocks and our traditional �oor beams, CB Precast are con�dent you won’t be able to �nd a better Thermal System on the market.

Hollowcore �oors are an ideal way to create a �oor with long, uninterrupted spans - under medium to high loading.
Supplied in various depths, our hollowcore units are ideal for upper �oors in Residential, Commercial and Industrial developments.
Just like our Beam and Block �ooring, Hollowcore units can be �tted in almost all weather conditions and once the units have been grouted together the hollowcore units can provide an immediate working platform.
In-line with the latest changes to the Building Regulations, CB Precast now also provide an Insulated version of our Hollowcore Flooring designed speci�cally for Residential and Small/Mid Size Commercial ground �oors. Our SpanTherm units combine all the attributes of a hollowcore plank with an EPS layer bonded directly to the unit, giving great thermal values over long spans.

CB Precast Flights and Landings are produced to a high, and repeatable, standard of �nish and dimensional accuracy ensuring that our units are second-to-none.
Our design team use the latest AutoCAD software to rapidly generate full structural plans and sections, showing all the salient details of the staircase. CB Precast produce staircase components to a variety of pro�les and features to meet the speci�c need of each individual project.
Both Square, and Rebated Riser Pro�les can be catered for.
CB Precast manufacture many di�erent types of stair units which allow us to cater for a whole host of di�erent stair con�gurations, designed to cater for your individual requirements.
