The unit has been developed in accordance with NATO specificaons and has been ap- proved by NATO for use with Aviaon type Turbine Fuels (Kerosene) such as NATO F-34 (JP-8) NATO F35 JP-8+100 (B-fluid) Injecon Addives (others available) Addive one FSll an-icing addive (assumed) ≤ 2.000 PPM Addive two Corrosion inhibitor (assumed) ≤ 120 PPM Addive three SDA Stadis 450 (assumed) ≤ 36 PPM All the equipment is fied into a standard CSC approved (ISO 668, ISO 1161) container. Ac- cess is provided through two standard con- tainer doors in one end to enter the contain- er, and one door on the side to allow access for pallet tanks (1,000 liter) by forkliſt, and a window to oversee the operaon. Furthermore there is a bracket for one 200 lit- er Chemical Drum with Corrosion Inhibitor; a 20 liter drum of SDA Stadis and a sump inside the container to take any unwanted of the ad- dives or from the pallet tank. The sump has a drain valve. The container is insulated with 45 mm pre-in- sulated plates covered with galvanized sheets and have self-regulated electrical heang el- ements (EEx) and light (Ex) installed with EU connecon outside the container. Automated InjectionThe CBI Additive Injection Container unit has been developed specifically for military pur-poses and over the past decade it has proven its stability in harsh conditions around the world, in which all the components has been working flawlessly.

The unit has been developed in accordance with NATO specifications and has been ap-proved by NATO for use with Aviation type Turbine Fuels (Kerosene) such as • NATO F-34 (JP-8)• NATO F35• JP-8+100 (B-fluid)

Injection Additives (others available)Additive one FSll anti-icing additive

(assumed) ≤ 2.000 PPM Additive two Corrosion inhibitor

(assumed) ≤ 120 PPMAdditive three SDA Stadis 450

(assumed) ≤ 36 PPM

All the equipment is fitted into a standard CSC approved (ISO 668, ISO 1161) container. Ac-cess is provided through two standard con-tainer doors in one end to enter the contain-er, and one door on the side to allow access for pallet tanks (1,000 liter) by forklift, and a window to oversee the operation.

Furthermore there is a bracket for one 200 lit-er Chemical Drum with Corrosion Inhibitor; a 20 liter drum of SDA Stadis and a sump inside the container to take any unwanted of the ad-ditives or from the pallet tank. The sump has a drain valve.

The container is insulated with 45 mm pre-in-sulated plates covered with galvanized sheets and have self-regulated electrical heating el-ements (EEx) and light (Ex) installed with EU connection outside the container.

Using the customized con-trol unit the Additive Fuel Injection offers the follow-ing advantages

• Fully automated Injection • Easy to operate• Easy to install• Fitted into a 20´ CSC ap-

proved container• Blending to exact specifi-

cation

TURNKEY SOLUTIONS

There are many variables to take into account when fitting an Additive Injec-tion System and our highly skilled engineers will adapt our system to fit your exact requirements.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We are with you all the way. Before, during and after the installation to secure a flaw-less integration and opera-tion.

ZERO DOWNTIME

As a central part of a fuel delivery system; mechanical stability, toughness and dura-bility is an important aspect of the manufacturing and design philosophy.
