The Indiana State Department of Health requires ad-

ditional immunizations for students entering the 6th

grade. All fifth graders entering the sixth grade that

are 11 years old and older must have a Tdap, a Me-

ningococcal, & the Hepatitis A series for vaccinations

before the start of the 2020-2021 school year.
