    2. Laboratory Objectives

The objective of this laboratory is to extend the knowledge of chemical process

dynamics, instrumentation and control into practical work. The laboratory

content will offer you the application of the fundamental concepts and theory

of the subjects as applied to the chemical engineering unit operations and

    everyday life.

    3. Laboratory Delivery

    b) You will be divided into groups of 5 to 6 students.

    c) You will carry out experiment sessions and group projects in the semester.

    d) Lab will be done as per schedule (Refer to the schedule for details).

    e) In case of lab falls on the public holiday, lab will be replaced at other suitable

time subjected to availability (Friday slots are reserved for such events).

    f) In case of equipment breakdown, experiments will be replaced with another

experiment. However, cases below will apply:

If equipment breakdown is more than half of the experiment requirement,

the student must proceed with the available results.

If equipment breakdown less than half of the experiment requirement, the

experiment must be replaced with other available experiment/equipment.
