From the earliest days of the Franciscan Order, the followers of St. Francis have gathered on the anniversary of his death to celebrate his transitus, that is, St. Francis' passage from earthly life into everlasting life. This celebration is not only a memorial, a remembering of one who has gone before us. It is also a celebration of the spirit of Francis in our midst today, in each of us. CCM students will be joining the Franciscans and invite others to also join them: When: October 3rd Time: 6:30 pm Location: Our Lady of the Valley (8600 Winchester Rd.)

We are offering 10 students the opportunity to help the Tohono O' Odham community and participate in the first Mission Trip during Spring Break 2017. When: March 10th- 15th Cost: $150 What will we be doing?

• Praying with the Franciscan Friars • Day of Reflection • Visit and accompany Elderly • Visit Cultural Center and Museum • Hike Baboquivari to a Cave • Work with the Jail Ministry • Tour TOCC • Visit Mission • Work Days with the Community • Many more activities

Come learn more about your faith and the bible! Join us for Bible Study on the following dates:

Everyone is encouraged to bring their bible and a friend.

SUNDAY:

Masses have started again on Sundays at 6pm. Join us with your friends and family!

We will not have Mass on Sunday, October 16th.

WEDNESDAY:

Masses are every Wednesday at 12:30 pm.

Holy Hour is open to all our community. Everyone is welcomed to join us:

CCM is selling flauta plates to raise fund for the center.

$7 a plate When: October 5th Time: 10-2pm Plate includes flautas, beans, rice, and salad.

Delivery available for orders of 5 or more.

To order plates call 838-0300.

Everyone is invited to join us to the White Sands Mass and Outing. Students will meet at CCM and carpool to White Sands. Fun in the sand, lunch, and celebration of Anticipated Sunday Mass.
