Other benefits?: None yet, the market isn't that sophisticated. Separates change management from project management. Creates a network of professionals. What makes this different from the other certifications in this space that are currently out there? Creates confidence for clients in selecting an appropriately qualified practitioner. "Weeds out pretenders" Demonstrates competence in contributing value to a business/organization Provides for greater consistency in process and language by promoting common foundational knowledge. What issues and objections do you think might be raised regarding the CCMP certification? There are other well known certifications in the market that have been around for years. Why would I want CCMP and not another well known certification? The bureaucracy and cost associated with gaining the CCMP designation Getting national/ global recognition take time, money and effort. Have ambassadors / champions from all sorts of companies to help spread the word. And don't focus on HR practitioners specifically. 30 Respondents provided excellent input for further discussion and promotion What other benefits do you think should be promoted?
