COMPASS COMPASS SET YOUR COURSE FOR VOYAGER RESORT A NOTE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER Welcome back to all returning residents and RVers. Also, a big welcome to all of you who are staying at Voyager for the first time or are coming back after a year or more of being away. As many of you have noticed, we are finishing up the addition of two new pickle ball courts where the volleyball court used to be. We are also finishing up the renovation of the first floor of the Hotel, adding new LED lights to parking lots, sports courts, and a few other areas throughout the property, several drainage projects throughout the Bay, repaving of parking lots, front entrance, and Bay Phase 1, several concrete repairs, new traffic and common area signage, several golf course enhancements, including new tee boxes, stonework including custom bridges and benches, redefined fairways, enhanced greens, new irrigation, pond enhancements, new flooring in a few areas, a new exercise bike, and shade replacements. You may also notice our Courtesy Patrol driving around in a brand-new truck! We have also been working hard on the infrastructure of our community. While many of these efforts go unseen, these will help create a better experience for all, including upgraded technology. We are pleased to announce our community’s new restaurant “Fat Willy’s Voyager!” Fat Willy’s currently provides restaurant management and food service for one of our sister properties in Mesa, where we have worked with them for more than five years and have been impressed by their dedication to customer service and quality food service. We’re excited about this new partnership and know that they will do a great job providing service for Voyager as well! We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and as you could imagine, COVID-19 has presented some extra precautions we all must take to ensure the safety and wellness of everyone. The operation of all amenities is subject to specific guidelines, intended to help maintain healthy practices for guests and establish expectations for all. We ask all guests to adhere to these guidelines for the safety and well-being of everyone in the resort. If they are not followed, we will be forced to close the amenities. I want to take a short moment to manage expectations so that we all can embrace a comfortable and gradual reopening of our amenities. Anyone who is not feeling well and/or displaying any symptoms such as fever, cough or headache is prohibited from using any of the resort amenities. Please stay home and self-quarantine. The pools, sports courts and golf course are open to resort guests only. Visiting family members and friends are not allowed until further notice. You will find posted notices throughout the property giving specific social distancing and hygiene guidelines for each amenity. We are excited to begin the process of bringing back the amenities that we know are very important to you. We appreciate your patience as we work to accomplish this in a thoughtful way with the safety and well-being of our guests and employees in mind. Your cooperation with the guidelines above is the key to keeping these valued amenities open for all guests to enjoy. Thank you for partnership in this effort. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the management office at (520) 574-5000. Geoffrey Campbell General Manager
