ENTRY Entry is subject to approval or rejection at any time by CDGA Tournament CommitteeNo practice round is included in entry Entrants must be 18 or under on 71514

ENTRY FEE $3500 Entry includes lunch each day for players Fee will not be refundedafter deadline unless player submits a written medical excuse

CODE OF CONDUCT Players will adhere to a strict CODE OF CONDUCT and those whodo not compete as gentlemen and ladies without profanity tantrums and other outbursts will

be disqualified Parents are subject to similar standardsCADDIES NO CADDIES PERMITTED Parents must remain a reasonable distance from play

at least 50 yards After the first warning the player will be disqualified

DRESS CODE A proper dress code will be enforced all four days NO JEANS CUTOFFSOR RUNNING SHORTS Ball caps will be worn correctly and shirts tucked in No caps willworn indoors at anytime Players who fail to follow this code are subject to disqualification
