• the national experts (private consultancy ,individuals and economic operators )on CDM project preparation: development of PDD;

• the financial sector operators on the CDM opportunities and on their role in this mechanism development

Enhance local capacities in particular in the areas of

validation and verification procedures , contract negotiations

Develop more CDM projects in promising sectors :

Renewable energy, wastewater units, landfills, Hydropower,

transport, energy efficiency , forestry..

Develop the involvement of civil society in CDM, in particular

active NGOs on the ground, so that we can benefit from this

mechanism of small scale projects with positive social and

environmental impact.
