JOB DESCRIPTION

To be the first point of contact for calls and visitors to Head office and to represent Fair Ways in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner.

1. Answering the phone.

2. Greeting visitors.

3. Calendar organising and event booking.

4. Stationery orders.

5. Food shopping for office and assisting with training certificates when needed.

6. Post duties.

7. Maintaining a tidy environment in the kitchen.

8. Assist in Health & Safety and Maintenance administration.

9. HR Document scanning, archiving and copying.

10. Other administrative Reception and HR duties as required.

11. To be a positive advocate for Fairways Care (UK) Ltd and represent the company in a professional and competent manner

12. To demonstrate and uphold the Company values at all times (Make a difference; never give up; value every individual; listen to each other, develop each other, reach our potential; quality and passion in what we do).
