Required Information
• Section of the new information document dedicated to toolbox requirements to prevent multiple information requests.
• We are still finalising this section ensuring we are future proof for EQC requirements.
Required Information
• At present, we request:• Units + units name in netCDF file
• CF standard_name
• Dimensions (the dimensions of the grid/vector in the file)
• Coordinates (the coordinates of the data in time and space)
• Valid range
Other things
• Optimal is one data variable per file• This ensures that the performance in the toolbox is optimal.
• File consistency• Changes in internal file structure leads to unforeseen problems
