“A Visionary builds what dreamers imagined.” Cedric Chester, can say his journey has been remarkable because he believes that “each day give us something new to learn.” This unique outlook on life holds true to his logic in developing and overseeing Project Utopia L, a 500 residential Luxury senior community in Hawaii that will also incorporate a concierge medical team on campus. Mr. Chester enjoy the idea of promoting wellness as well as preventive medicine technique which is defined as focusing on the health of individuals, communities. Its goal is to protect, promote, and maintain health and well-being and to prevent disease, disability, and death.

Mr. Chester, is one step closer of fulfilling his wishes by creating a state of the art wellness center in Las Vegas, the first of its kind. Mr. Chester background encompasses 25 plus years of sales and marketing strategies. He is partnering up with Gary Collins of Chicago, one of the innovators of Green Patient Room, in which this unique patient room details how going Green can benefit the environment, your facility, patients, visitors, and staff, while

offerings suggestions on how to incorporate sustainable principles into your operations. Mr. Chester, have used his marketing background to develop and set up new businesses that were struggling finding capital funds and his networking have given them the comfort of expanding their businesses without setbacks or delays.

 Mr. Chester has worked with industries including, professional sports, community affairs, healthcare, professional services, real estate, and retail. His community involvement has included work with suicide prevention, host of a radio talk show for young adolescents in southern California, youth basketball and a mentor for young men and women pursuing their dreams with guidance and structure in getting into college. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Eastern Illinois University and has been President, and CEO, of CLC development Group since 2009.
