What isCEFE has proven to be a very successful approach to the promotion of small andmedium enterprises, employment, income and economic growth. The major findings of an official evaluation of the German Ministry for Economic Co-operation carriedout in different countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa reflect that:

Participants declare CEFE to be useful or very useful for the development of their entrepreneurial competencies: 91% for their personal development: 93% for the development of their business: 86%

What is98% of existing entrepreneurs with 1-2 employees and 100% of entrepreneurswith 6-10 employees claim that their income and turnover increased by at least30% after going through a CEFE training

Out of a training course for potential entrepreneurs44% did not start a business, while about45% became successful entrepreneurs. Up to now, CEFE seems to be especially successful and fruitful when used forpeople with a lower educational background and/or low income.

• The Key of the interaction among the Actor and Society as the outcome or success is the value proposition (how you help, costumer to fulfill their needs) to be given to the market or customer in the mezo block.

• In CEFE course we use value analysis value engineering (VAVE). Other tools can be used or introduced in developing creativity in the course. Creative Marketing tools are also can be used related to the 4 P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place)
