celebrate this month is the completion of 20 years of Saaol. Dr.Chhajer resigned from AIIMS, New Delhi in the month of September, 1995 to start the Saaol Heart Center from a rented basement in Lajpat Nagar. Today we have five centers in Delhi, about 40 centers outside Delhi and one center each in Nepal and Bangladesh. The number of patients taking treatment from Saaol has reached 90,000. So, the Saaol family has reached every nook and corner of India.

On this occasion, Saaol has started a new social movement - "To supply high quality medicines to our Saaol members at lowest possible cost". So, Saaol Pharma has come into picture. Saaol Pharma has now manufactured about 20 heart medicines which can bring down the monthly bill of your medicines. On 1st September, 2015 we launched our medicines for our followers. Dr.Bimal Chhajer, our founder,

delivered two more lectures on "How to keep heart healthy?" last month in the city of Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan. Both the lectures were organized by Dainik Bhaskar - the leading newspaper group of India, as a part of their knowledge series. Already six such free public talks have been organized by Dainik Bhaskar in Panipat, Ambala, Chandigarh, Kota, Jodhpur and Udaipur. In the next one month six more public talks are planned in Bhillai (18th September), Raipur (19th September), Indore (20th September), Ujjain (20th September), Sikar (21st September) and Jaipur (22nd September). Each of these lectures is publicized by Dainik Bhaskar and they also pay Dr.Chhajer for these public awareness talks.

Dr. Chhajer also took a class for more than 500 school students in Sri Ganganagar at the request of Dainik Bhaskar. He taught them how heart disease develops and how it can be prevented by changing our lifestyle.

and Reversal of heart disease" for their MBA students and faculty. This is one of the most prestigious lectures for Saaol - as these 200 MBA students are going to be recruited to the best of the International companies with an average package of Rs. 10-15 lacs per year from the Campus. More than 30 faculty members were also present in this talk. The head of the Department Dr. J P Sharma of this department has been following Saaol for the last 15 years.

On 3rd September, 2015 more than 1000 of the elite class of Bangladesh attended Dr. Chhajer's talk in Dhaka. It was a district seminar organized by 11 Rotary clubs of Rotary International District 3281 and rotary members from all over Bangladesh attended this Seminar. The District Governor presented a memento to Dr. Chhajer for his "ou ts tand ing con t r ibu t ion to mankind". A two day camp was also organized in Dhaka by the Saaol Heart Center Dhaka on 4th and 5th September, 2015 which was attended by more than 300 heart patients and their families.

Two more Saaol Heart centers are being opened in the next month - one in Haldwani in Uttarakahnd and another in Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan. The exact dates will be announced very soon. In Delhi every month a one day camp is being organized. The next date is 27th September, 2015. On 8th October one book of Dr. Chhajer in Malayalam is going to be released in Trivandrum. Dr. Chhajer will also be completing one more grand camp in Kolkata by the time this issue is printed.

We are now experimenting readymade "Saaol masala". About 10 gram precooked "ZERO OIL" masala will be soon available in pouch form for our patients/readers - which needs to be just poured i n t o v e g e t a b l e s a n d boiled/cooked in cooker. Long time back I was visiting one of my Senior doctor friend from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Dr. Gulab Gupta, who had just started his private practice. I reached his chamber and congratulated him. He was seeing one patient who looked not well off. After seeing him, Dr.Gupta prescribed him medicines. Before leaving he asked about the fees - the fees was Rs.200. That patients was searching for the money and the total money with him was just about Rs.200, mostly in change. My name is Shoan Singh and am aged

35 years. I stay in Shalimer Bagh in Delhi. I have my complete story to share with you about my treatment in Saaol Heart Center headed by Dr.Bimal Chhajer. I was grossly obese and weighed 118 kg. In December 2014 I developed Chest pain and got an Angiography done at the National heart Institute in East of Kailash, New Delhi. It showed blockages in all the three of my arteries- LAD 70%, OM1 - 99% and RCA 60%. Dr.Vinod Sharma in NHI advised me to go for a Bypass Surgery. But I got myself discharged as I did not want to go for Bypass.

Then one day by I was sharing my problems with my brother in law and he gave me the address of Saaol. His friend had already taken a treatment in Saaol and was feeling very well. On 2nd January, 2015 I met Dr. Bimal Chhajer in Chattarpur Head office of Saaol and he advised me not to go for CABG/Bypass. He advised me to attend a Saaol one day camp -
