Celebrating our Metro South Health Consumers during
National Volunteer Week Consumers in action
Planning, Engagement and Reform
Our collaborative Planetree journey has resulted in so many achievements! Thank you to our 690 patient, consumers and staff who attended over 75 focus groups during our 2017 Planetree visit.
Our Metro South Health Board suggested the need to provide patients with more information about what to expect when you come to our hospital. Our consumer’s suggestions highlighted what was important from a patient perspective and also led to the video being translated into 9 languages (including Auslan)
