How to set up MyWaseda

Refer to “Waseda ID: User Copy”.

※When you register, please note that the system recognizes capital letters and small letters.

Check your Waseda ID and password.

①Login

Login to the computer⇒Access to the Internet⇒Login to the Authentication System

⇒Login to MyWaseda：https://my.waseda.jp (Choose language)

②Read the instructions and set up your MyWaseda account in the following order.* From 2:00 am to 4:00 am, the function cannot be used due to daily maintenance.

STEP1. Reinstate your Waseda Mail address and password

STEP2. Confirm your Student ID and Waseda Mail address

STEP3. Check your personal information

happens…” when you conduct the above STEP 1-2.

Move to MyWaseda①Open (https://my.waseda.jp/)

as a NEW window.

②Press [Login].

Login to MyWaseda

Enter "WasedaID"+"@initial.waseda.jp“

and press [Next].

Login to MyWaseda

Enter your initial password and press [Sign in].

Initial setup

Confirm your address, enter password and press [Review] button.

Confirm your Student ID and Waseda Mail address

Make sure your Old Student ID Number, New Student ID Number and Waseda Mail address are correct.

Confirm your Student ID and Waseda Mail address

Press [Close] button and close the browser window.

Move to MyWaseda again

①Log out from MyWaseda and log in to MyWaseda again with a new window. (https://my.waseda.jp/)

②Press [Login].

Login to MyWaseda again

Log in with the reinstated Waseda Mail address and password.

Check your personal information

View/Update Your Own Profile

⇒Update Student Profile

Correct your personal information through the Registration for New JLP Students if necessary

Waseda Mail Startup Guide

• You have to complete necessary

settings to use your Waseda Mail

address since important

information may be sent from the

university office to your Waseda

Mail address.

• You can set up email forwarding

service.

• It will take up to 4 hours to activate

your Waseda Mail address.
