You will be met by your World Projects Tour

Manager who will travel with you throughout the trip. After checking in your luggage, move through security onto your departure gate. 1:45pm Depart for Budapest via Amsterdam on KLM Flight (KL) #602! Overnight en route. DAY TWO: Saturday, June 18, 2016 – Arrive BUDAPEST(D) 9:05am Arrive into Amsterdam – proceed to next departure gate. Enjoy lunch on own in the airport. 2:20pm Depart Amsterdam for Budapest on KL #1977. 4:20pm Arrive into Budapest, Hungary!! After proceeding through immigration and customs, collect your luggage, meet your local Tour

Manager, transfer and check-in to the Mercure Budapest City Center Hotel. After checking in to your hotel room, meet as a group and transfer to a Welcome Dinner as a group. Later, return to the hotel for the evening. The River Danube separates Buda on the hilly west bank from Pest on the eastern plain and is

fundamental to the city’s layout and history. Budapest offers a wealth of entertainment and cultural activities, museums, concerts, theatres, opera and musicals as well as elegant shops and good food.

DAY THREE: Sunday, June 19, 2016 – BUDAPEST (B) – Performance Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. This morning enjoy a Guided Sightseeing Tour of Budapest with local guides. You will see the

Parliament Building, Castle Hill, the Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion. Afternoon Lunch and free time on your own in Budapest. Mid-afternoon, return to the hotel to collect your performance attire. Load the coach and transfer to this evening’s performance venue – possibly Matthias Church (both

churches are well known in Budapest for hosting concerts). Upon arrival, you will have time for a dress rehearsal (possibly in conjunction with a local choir). Evening Dinner on own nearby. Performance at venue TBD – this performance will likely be shared with a local group. Following the concert, pack up and return to the hotel.

DAY FOUR: Monday, June 20, 2016 – BUDAPEST (B) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. The day is free to explore Budapest – possible activities could include (all costs on own):

Explore the grounds of the Royal Palace (Buda Castle) and take in the views from Castle Hill on the Buda side of the Danube

Take in the sites of Pest including the Great Market Hall, the monumental Parliament Building, the stunning State Opera House, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Basilica

Take a cruise down the “Beautiful Blue” Danube River

Explore the Jewish Quarter and Great Synagogue Take the plunge at one of Budapest’s famous

public thermal baths Afternoon Lunch on own. Free time to explore Budapest on own. Evening Dinner and free time to explore Budapest.

DAY FIVE: Tuesday, June 21, 2016 – BUDAPEST → PRAGUE (B) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Check out of the hotel, load the coach and begin your

journey to Prague. Enjoy driving through the Dunakanyar (The Danube

Bend), which marks a point in the Danube where the river literally makes a sharp bend.

Stop in the town of Esztergom – a former Royal seat and the ‘Queen’ of the Danube. Visit the Basilica and enjoy some time exploring the town.

Afternoon Lunch on your own in Esztergom. Continue to Prague (~6 hour drive plus stops). Evening Arrive into Prague and check into the EA Hotel Mánes. Dinner on own in Prague and this evening is free.

Dvorak Hall (Rudolfinum)

Old Town Square - Prague

DAY SIX: Wednesday, June 22, 2016 – PRAGUE (B) – Performance Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. This morning enjoy a Half-Day Guided Tour of the Old

Town and the Castle District including the historic Old Town Square where you will see the famous astronomical clock and the Church of St. Nicholas as well as admire the amazing architecture.

Afternoon Lunch on your own in Prague. After lunch, return to the hotel to collect your performance

attire. Transfer to this evening’s performance venue – Dvorak Hall

at the Rudolfinum (TBC). There will be time for a rehearsal on stage (possibly in

conjunction with a local choir). Evening Dinner on your own nearby the venue. Return to the venue to change in to your performance attire. Performance at Dvorak Hall (TBC) – this concert will likely be shared with a local group. Dvorak Hall is one of the oldest concert halls in Europe and is justly famous for its acoustics. On

January 4, 1896 the Czech Philharmonic’s very first concert took place here conducted by the famous Czech composer Antonín Dvorak. Today, Dvorak Hall is home to the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra as well as hosting prominent orchestras and ensembles from around the world.

Following the concert, pack up and return to the hotel.

DAY SEVEN: Thursday, June 23, 2016 – PRAGUE (B,D) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. The day is free to explore Prague on own – possible activities

could include (all costs on own): Further explore the shops and sites of Old Town and

New Town Cross the Charles Bridge and visit Prague Castle (one of

the largest Castle’s in Europe) and the Castle District Wander the narrow streets of the Old Jewish Quarter Explore the Czech Museum of Music and Dvorak

Museum Visit the infamous Terezin (Thereienstadt) Concentration

Camp Afternoon Lunch on your own in Prague and this afternoon is free to enjoy

any last minute shopping or sightseeing on your own in Prague. Late afternoon return to the hotel to freshen up. Evening Enjoy dinner as a group while you cruise the Vltava River with stunning

views of Prague. Afterwards, return to the hotel.

DAY EIGHT: Friday, June 24, 2016 – PRAGUE → VIENNA (B) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Check out of the hotel, load the coach and begin your journey

to Vienna (3.5-4 hour drive). Afternoon Arrive into Vienna – enjoy lunch on own at Vienna’s famous

outdoor market, the Naschmarkt. After lunch, enjoy a tour of Vienna - see highlights such as

the Imperial Hofburg Palace, the Vienna Opera House, and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Enjoy a visit to the Central Cemetery of Vienna where you will see the tombs and memorials of famous composers such as Beethoven, Mozart, the Strauss family and Brahms.

Late afternoon Check into the Star Inn Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn. Evening Dinner on own and free time to explore Vienna’s nightlife on

own.

St. Stephen’s Cathedral

DAY NINE: Saturday, June 25, 2016 – VIENNA (B) – Masterclasses / Performance Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. This morning, transfer to venue TBD. Enjoy a master class with a member of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra (TBC). Afternoon Lunch on own. Possible rehearsal with local choir (location TBD - not at St. Stephen’s Cathedral). Evening Dinner on own. Meet at the hotel and transfer to St. Stephen’s Cathedral in central Vienna. Performance at St. Stephen’s Cathedral (TBC) (note: due to the active schedule of the church, a dress

rehearsal prior to the concert will not be possible). Seat of the Archbishop of Vienna and the mother church for Austrian Catholics, St. Stephen’s Cathedral

is one of Vienna’s most iconic sites. The original church was built between 1147 and 1160 in the Romanesque style, however, major reconstruction and restorations (in the Gothic style) lasted until 1511. Today, this active cathedral hosts services and concerts throughout the year.

Following the concert, pack up and return to the hotel.

DAY TEN: Sunday, June 26, 2016 – VIENNA (B,D) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. This morning, enjoy a visit to Schönbrunn Palace (including

audio guides) - the fabulous baroque summer residence of the Hapsburg Emperors.

Afternoon Lunch on your own in Vienna. The rest of the day is free to explore Vienna on own – possible

activities could include (all costs on own): Further explore Vienna’s city center with its myriad of

shops, restaurants and sites such as Mozart House, the Hofburg Palace, the Spanish Riding School, and the Burgkapelle (home of the Vienna Boys’ Choir)

Tour the stunning Vienna State Opera House Visit the wonderful Haus der Musik museum Explore Vienna’s amazing art scene at the

Museumquartier, Kunsthistorisches, and/or the Belvedere Experience the fair-like atmosphere at Prater Park Relax at one of Vienna’s famous coffee houses

DAY ELEVEN: Monday, June 27, 2016 – VIENNA → LAX (B) Early Morning Box Breakfast will be provided. 6:30am Check out of the hotel and depart for Vienna International Airport. 7:00am Arrive at Vienna International Airport - check in your luggage and move through security to your

departure gate. 9:25am Depart Vienna for Los Angeles via Amsterdam on KL #1840. 11:10am Arrive into Amsterdam and transfer to next departure gate. 12:40pm Depart Amsterdam for LAX on KL #603. 2:40pm Arrive into Los Angeles the same day – proceed with immigration and customs formalities.
