Central Government Health Scheme Recruitment 2019 - User Manual
On your Browser (Preferably Google Chrome), type the website address and press ENTER
button then you will see the following screen on your computer screen.
For New Applicant, click on New Applicant link for registering into Central Government
Health Scheme Recruitment 2019 Portal as shown below.
After clicking on New Applicant link, the following page will appear.
Enter all the mandatory details and Click on Preview button as shown below.
After clicking on Preview button, the following preview page will appear. Check all the
details then click on Submit button as shown below.
After clicking on Submit button, User Name and Password are sent to registered Mobile
Number and Email ID. Click on OK button as shown below.
After clicking on OK button, the following page will appear. Click on Receipt button for
taking the receipt as shown below.
After clicking on Receipt button, the following Receipt page will appear.
If the applicant wants to log in to the application, click on Login button as shown in the
screen below.
After clicking on Login Button, Enter User Name, Password sent to Registered Mobile
Number and enter Captcha then click on Login button as shown below.
Candidate logging in to the application for the first time is prompted to change password
as shown in the screen below.
Enter Old Password, New Password, Confirm Password and click on Change Password
button.
After clicking on Change Password button, new password given by the applicant will be
updated successfully by displaying a pop up message as shown in the screen below.
Press OK button to continue with Central Government Health Scheme Recruitment 2019
Login page.
After successful Login into Central Government Health Scheme Recruitment 2019 page,
the following home page will appear as shown below.
Step-1: Fee Payment: Applicant can make Application Fee Payment through this
option.
Step-2: Know Your Application Payment Status: Applicant can check the status of
the payment through this option
Step-3: Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment)
Fill Application: After fee payment by Debit/Credit/Net Banking modes, Applicant
can fill the Application form through this option.
Print Receipt: After Application Form Submission, Applicant can print the
Application receipt through this option.
Modify One Time Registration (OTR): Applicant can modify his/her Registered OTR
details through this option.
One Time Registration (OTR) Receipt: After One Time Registration Form Submission,
Applicant can print the submitted OTR form through this option.
Step-1: Fee Payment
Click on Fee Payment link for Paying Fee for Application as shown below.
After clicking on Fee Payment link, the following page will appear. Select Application for
the Post of from drop down list then click on Go button as shown below. (One Applicant
can eligible for only one post).
After clicking on Go button, the following page will appear. Select Qualification details
from drop down list then click on Submit button as shown below. After clicking on Submit
button, page redirects to fill Application Form. If Applicant belongs to other than UR and
OBC Candidates come under Fee Exemption.
After clicking on Submit button, the following page will appear (If applicant belongs to UR
or OBC Candidate). Click on Confirm button as shown below.
After clicking on Confirm button, the following Payment Gateway Page will appear. Select
APTOnline Payment Gateway Option, Select Acceptance Check Box then click on Pay
Now button as shown below.
After clicking on Pay Now button, the Payu Page will appear. Enter Card Details then click
on Make Payment button. By clicking on Make Payment button Payment Transaction Id will
be generated. After that page will automatically redirect to fill application form page.
Once the payment is done successfully, the system will navigate to Applicants Fill
Application Form page as shown in the screen below.
Step-2: Know Your Application Payment Status
Click on Know Your Application Payment Status link, for checking the Status of the
Payment as shown below.
After clicking on Know Your Application Payment Status link, the following page will appear.
Click on Download button for downloading the Status of the Payment Page as shown
below.
After clicking on Download button, the following Page will appear. Click on Print button for
taking printout as shown below.
Step-3: Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment)
Click on Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment) link, for
filling the Application Form as shown below.
After clicking on Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment)
link, the following page will appear.
Select Fill Application button for filling the applicants form as shown in the screen below.
After clicking on Fill Application button, application form will be displayed Enter all the
mandatory details and click on Preview button as shown below.
After clicking on Preview button, the following page will appear. Check all the details then
click on Submit button as shown below.
After clicking on Submit button, the following page will appear. Click on OK button as
shown below.
After clicking on OK button, the following page will appear. Click on Receipt button as
shown below.
After clicking on Receipt button, the following Receipt of Application Form will appear.
Click on Print button for taking the print out of the receipt as shown below.
Candidate can take the print copy of the application receipt by clicking on Print Receipt
button from Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment) link
as shown in the screen below.
After clicking on Print Receipt button, the following Application Form Receipt will appear.
In order to modify/change the applicant’s personal details, the
Modify One Time Registration (OTR) link is present in the home page of applicant’s
log in.
Modify One Time Registration (OTR)
Click on “Modify One Time Registration (OTR)” link as shown encircled below for modifying
the details as shown below.
After clicking on Modify One Time Registration (OTR) link, the following page will appear.
Applicant can change whatever details he/she wants and click on Preview button as
shown below.
After clicking on Preview button, the following page will appear. Check all the details and
click on Submit button as shown below.
After clicking on Submit button, the following screen will appear. Click on OK button as
shown below.
After clicking on OK button, the following page will appear. Click on Receipt button for
taking the receipt as shown below.
After clicking on Receipt button, the following Receipt page will appear.
Applicant can print One Time Registration (OTR) Receipt by clicking on One
Time Registration (OTR) Receipt link present in the home page of applicant’s log in.
One Time Registration (OTR) Receipt
Click on One Time Registration (OTR) Receipt link, for taking the printout of the One Time
Registration Form as shown below.
After clicking on One Time Registration (OTR) Receipt the following One Time Registration
Form will appear.
