DAY 1 I MON I TEL AVIV Arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport, where you will be met, assisted through baggage and customs, and escorted to your driver. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Tel Aviv for dinner and overnight. (D)

DAY 2 I TUE I TEL AVIV I JAFFA I TEL AVIV Following a delicious breakfast, you will start your exploration with a visit to the “State of Mind” Innovation Center at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Enjoy a walk around the Old Port City of Jaffa, the oldest seaport in the world. Next you will embark on a choice of two culinary tours that will introduce you to the very best of Tel Aviv’s food scene: a Carmel Market tasting tour or a vegan culinary tour. Later, stroll along Rothschild Boulevard, home of The White City, Tel Aviv’s most prominent collection of Bauhaus buildings. Revel in an evening at leisure to discover Tel Aviv at your own pace. (B)

DAY 3 I WED I TEL AVIV I CAESAREA I KIBBUTZ EXPERIENCE I SHAVEI ZION After breakfast, depart Tel Aviv and head north to the ancient city of Caesarea, built by Herod the Great and once the administrative center of the Roman Empire for the Province of Judaea. The ancient port, the Roman hippodrome and amphitheater, and the impressive palace are among the many historical treasures. Next, visit Ein Shemer Kibbutz Museum, where you will experience a journey from the early days of the kibbutz communities to the present, and enjoy a delicious lunch in the Kibbutz dining hall. Continue with a tour of innovation at Kibbutz Magal and visit the Netafim greenhouse innovation center, a pioneering enterprise in the field of drip irrigation technology. DAY 4 I THU I SHAVEI ZION I KATZRIN I SEA OF GALILEE I SAFED I SHAVEI ZION Have breakfast at your hotel before driving along to the city of Katzrin, the “Capital of the Golan Heights.” Stroll through a Talmudic village and get a sense of what it was like to live in the times of ancient Israel. Enjoy a tour and wine tasting at a local, family-owned boutique winery. Drive to the Sea of Galilee for a boat ride on the calm water. Continue to the mystical city of Tzfat (Safed), the birthplace of the ancient Jewish mystical text, the Kabbalah. Venture through the narrow, winding alleys, peer into the beautiful synagogues and browse the workshops and galleries in the flourishing artists’ quarter. Return to Shavei Zion for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

DAY 5 I FRI I SHAVEI ZION I AKKO I HAIFA I JERUSALEM Enjoy a full Israeli breakfast at your hotel before exploring the ancient crusader port city of Akko, a fascinating UNESCO heritage site with new excavations that reveal what life was like 1000 years ago. See the port and fortifications that enabled the town to resist invasion by Napoleon. Take time to find some mementos at the Arab Bazaar, a true Middle Eastern shopping experience. Next, visit the amazing Bahai Gardens in Haifa with its staircase of 19 terraces extending all the way up Mount Carmel. On from there, drive to Jerusalem and check in to your hotel. In the evening, experience a special “Shabbat of a Lifetime” dinner in the home of a local Jewish family. Enjoy a traditional meal as you hear about and observe the customs of the Jewish Shabbat. DAY 6 I SAT I JERUSALEM I DEAD SEA I MASADA I ST. GEORGE I JERUSALEM After breakfast this morning, set off towards the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on Earth at 1388 feet below sea level. Enroute, visit the legendary mountaintop plateau of Masada, the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their struggle against the Romans in 73 CE. Ascending by cable car to the ancient fortress, explore the site with its synagogue and bathhouse. Afterwards, savor a leisurely afternoon at the Dead Sea shore with free time to cake yourself in mineral-rich mud and float in the buoyant waters. Next, drive to a lookout point for a view of Wadi Qelt and the cliff-hanging Monastery of St. George that was founded in the 5th Century and is still inhabited by Greek Orthodox monks. In the evening, enjoy a Sound and Light Show at the Tower of David, a creative depiction of the history of the city of Jerusalem (weather permitting). (B,L)

DAY 7 I SUN I JERUSALEM - OLD CITY Enjoy breakfast and then start the day’s adventuring with an overview from the Mt. of Olives. Begin the exploration of the Old City of Jerusalem at the City of David

with its fascinating tunnels. See the newest excavations revealing Jerusalem during the time of the 1st Temple period. Walk through the Old City and visit some of its famous sites, including the Western Wall and the Cardo, an ancient commercial street where you can still shop today. Walk through the Arab Bazaar and experience traditional Middle Eastern life, with its rich colors and flavors, then stroll along part of the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. According to traditions dating back to the 4th century, the church is the site where Jesus of Nazareth was crucified, and also the site of Jesus’s empty tomb, where he is said to have been buried and resurrected. This evening is yours at leisure to explore Jerusalem at your own pace. (B)

DAY 8 I MON I JERUSALEM - NEW CITY I BETHLEHEM I JERUSALEM Have breakfast at your hotel and then head out to visit Yad Vashem, considered to be the world’s primary Holocaust memorial and museum. Tour the new Holocaust History Museum and visit the exhibit at the Children’s Pavilion, commemorating the death of over 1.5 million Jewish children. From Yad Vashem, move on to the Israel Museum. There you can see the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibition and view the famous Model of Jerusalem, depicting the city as it was in the 2nd Temple period. Continue to Bethlehem. See the Church of the Nativity and the remains of ancient Bethlehem (beneath the Greek Monastery), from the times of Christ. Return to Jerusalem and enjoy a special farewell dinner at a local restaurant. (B,D)

(D)DAY 2 I MON I TEL AVIV I CAESAREA I MEGIDDO I HAIFA I ACRE I GALILEE Depart Tel Aviv and drive along the coastal plain to Caesarea, once the Roman capital of the region; visit the excavations of the ancient city, the Roman theatre, and aqueduct. Proceed to Muhraka, the site of confrontation between Elijah and the prophets of Baal; enjoy the spectacular view of the Jezreel Valley and lower Galilee. Continue to Megiddo, identified as the site of Armageddon, and learn the impressive history of this battlefield as you visit the archaeological excavations. Next, it’s on to Acre to visit the remarkable underground Crusader City and crypt; walk through the Old City, recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Continue to Kinar Galilee Hotel for overnight. (B,D)DAY 3 I TUE I GALILEE I TIBERIAS I CAPERNAUM I BANIAS I GALILEE After a short tour of Tiberias, enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and visit the Yigal Alon center where the “Jesus boat,” an ancient fishing boat from the 1st century, is displayed. Continue to Capernaum to visit the remains of the 2nd century synagogue. Continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation, Joseph’s workshop, and Mary’s well. Proceed to Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River. Next, stop at Beit Shean to visit the newly excavated Roman city and amphitheater. Drive along the Jordan Valley to Jerusalem for overnight. (B,D)DAY 5 I THU I JERUSALEM - OLD CITY After breakfast, drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city; visit the Church of All Nations, King David’s Tomb, and the Room of the Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Enter the Old City and walk through the Cardo, the ancient Roman road. Visit the Jewish and Christian quarters and view the Temple Mount. Then take a stroll along the Via Dolorosa and drive to the oriental Bazaar to visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Next, drive to the Garden Tomb and enjoy the beautiful gardens and peaceful ambiance. Overnight in Jerusalem. (B,D)DAY 6 I FRI I JERUSALEM – NEW CITY & BETHLEHEM Today’s adventure commences in Ein Karem with a visit to the Church of the Visitation. Proceed to Yad Vashem, Israel’s official memorial to the Holocaust. Visit the Israel Museum and the Shrine of the Book, the place where the Dead Sea scrolls are housed, and the miniature model of Jerusalem as it was during the Second Temple period. Proceed to Bethlehem, birthplace of Jesus. Here you will explore Shepherds’ Field and walk through Manger Square to visit the remarkable Church of the Nativity. Return to Jerusalem for your overnight stay. (B,D)

DAY 7 I SAT I JERUSALEM I QUMRAN I MASADA I DEAD SEA I JERUSALEM Mystery and history unfolds before you today starting with a drive through the Judean hills to the Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea scrolls were found. Continue along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada, the last stronghold of the Jews after the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D. Ascend Masada by cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by King Herod. Here you will discover the remains of the walls, see the water cistern, and visit Herod’s Palace before descending. Continue on to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. Enjoy the opportunity to float in the unsinkable water and cover yourself with mineral rich mud, believed to have therapeutic effects. DAY 1 I LUSAKA I SOUTH LUANGWA NATIONAL PARK Upon arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, you will be met and assisted with check-in for the domestic flight to Mfuwe Airstrip. Upon arrival at Mfuwe Airstrip, you will be met for a 3-hour road transfer to your Bushcamp in South Luangwa National Park. Depending on the arrival time, you will enjoy lunch, an afternoon game drive, and dinner. If you arrive late in the afternoon, dinner awaits you. (L,D)DAY 2-4 I SOUTH LUANGWA NATIONAL PARK Rise and shine for an early continental breakfast before departing on an early morning game drive or walk. The concentration of animals around the Luangwa River, and its oxbow lagoons, is among the greatest in Africa. After brunch at camp you will have time to relax or watch the animal activity at the local watering hole until departure for the afternoon game viewing activity. Dinner will be served in camp. Take time to enjoy the next two days at leisure to relax and get a genuine bird’s-eye view of the wildlife around the river and its lagoons. Victoria Falls, situated in southern Africa on the Zambezi River at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, constitutes one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world. The local people call it Mosi-oa-Tunya, meaning the smoke that thunders. (B,L,D)DAY 6 I VICTORIA FALLS Today is yours to enjoy a full day at Victoria Falls! (B,L,D)DAY 11-12 I MATUSADONA NATIONAL PARK You have the next two full days to explore Matusadona National Park situated on the shores of Lake Kariba. The park was proclaimed a non-hunting area in 1958. It became a game reserve in 1963 and a national park in 1975. The vast area is a combination of wilderness and mountains. There is a great quantity of predators including lion, leopard, hyena and cheetah and an abundance of elephants and buffaloes. There are also plenty of hippos and crocodiles in the lake and a large variety of antelope frequently seen on the lake’s shoreline. Birdlife is prolific with more than 350 species of birds identified in the park. Take time to take it all in! DAY 2 I ARUSHA I TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK I MINJINGU Have breakfast at your hotel before departing with a picnic lunch to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon among others. Proceed to your camp outside the National Park for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

DAY 3 I MINJINGU I LAKE MANYARA Enjoy breakfast and your morning at leisure today. In the early afternoon, depart with a picnic lunch to Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s smallest and most underrated parks. Enjoy a game drive through diverse landscape where you will find baobab dotted cliffs, ground water forests, bush plains, and hot springs, as well as a rich array of wildlife and incredible numbers of birds. DAY 4 I LAKE MANYARA I SERENGETI (SERONERA) Relax in the morning with a leisurely breakfast. In the early afternoon, depart with a picnic lunch to Central Serengeti to experience exciting game drives through Serengeti National Park. Meaning “endless plains” in the Maasai language, the Serengeti hosts the largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world—from January to March, millions of wildebeests, followed by hundreds of thousands of other plains game, make the 300-mile round trip trek from Tanzania to Kenya. DAY 6 I SERENGETI (SERONERA) I NGORONGORO CRATER After your morning game drive in the Serengeti, travel across the rolling plains towards Ngorongoro. Stop at Olduvai Gorge, named for the wild sisal plant that grows in the area called “oltupai” by the Maasai people. This steep ravine that separates Serengeti National Park from Ngorongoro Conservation Area has offered up fossils from 5 million years ago. It is here that Dr. Louis Leakey and his wife discovered Australopithecus Boisei, an important hominid link to the development of early man. DAY 2 I MUSCAT After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a city tour beginning with a visit to the magnificent Grand Mosque. Then continue to the Muttrah Souk, a traditional oriental market where a lively atmosphere and the scent of frankincense and spices fill the air. Next you will visit Bait Al Zubair museum, known for its fine collection of traditional costumes, antique jewelry, and weapons. Enjoy a photo stop at Al Alam Palace, the palace of the Sultan, and then embark on a sunset sailing along the coast of Muscat. DAY 3 I MUSCAT I JABRIN I AL HAMRA I JEBEL SHAMS I NIZWA Rise and shine with breakfast at your hotel before leaving Muscat and heading towards the interior of Oman. You will visit Jabrin Castle with its winding hallways, hidden staircases and beautifully decorated interior. Later, you will reach Al Hamra and visit the village. The adventure continues as you switch to 4x4 vehicles and drive up to Jebel Shams, known as the “mountain of the sun.” Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant. Next, visit Nizwa, the former capital of Oman. Here you will have the chance to explore the Nizwa Souq situated within the walls of the famous Nizwa Fort. Overnight in Nizwa. (B,L)

DAY 4 I NIZWA I SINAW I AL MANSFAH I WAHIBA SANDS Have breakfast and then proceed to the famed “Sinaw Market.” It is a very busy market due to its proximity to the Bedouin communities who head there to buy necessities, and sell their livestock and handicrafts. Head to a local home where you will share a traditional lunch and cultural exchange with the family. After lunch, discover the ruins of the old mercantile community of Al Mansfah near Ibra before heading to Wahiba Sands via 4x4 vehicles. Arrive at your desert camp for dinner and an overnight stay. DAY 5 I WAHIBA SANDS I WADI BANI KHALED I SUR Power up with breakfast and then board your 4x4 vehicle and return to the bus. The next stop on this fascinating journey is Wadi Bani Khaled, standing in strong contrast to the desert with its natural pools and greenery. Next, continue to the coastal town of Sur and visit the Dhow factory. Tonight, join in an excursion to Ras Al Jinz turtle reserve, where you may have the chance to witness nestling turtles. In downtown Abu Dhabi, stop at the Heritage Village, which houses a small museum and depicts Arab life prior to the discovery of oil. Then, drive to the tip of the breakwater for a superb view of the skyline. Next, you will tour Saadiyat Island where the Louvre and Guggenheim

Museum annexes are being constructed. Finally on Yas Island, see Formula 1 racing on the Formula Yas 3000 circuit and explore Ferrari World, the first Ferrari-branded amusement park in the world. Visit the Al Ain National Museum and Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum before ascending Jebel Hafeet. At the base of the mountain, soak in the healing hot springs so abundant in this area. Return to Dubai. ACCEPTANCE: The purchase/payment of any travel services offered by Central Holidays constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Passenger and/or Travel Agent (all together as “You”) and SGI US LLC (dba CENTRAL HOLIDAYS & Affiliated Brands) and represents your acceptance of SGI US LLC Terms & Conditions. You are required to read and acknowledge Terms and Conditions on our website before making any reservation with us. Payment of deposit and/or final payment will be considered as full acceptance of our Terms and Conditions herein reported and fully disclosed on our website. Each passenger understands that CENTRAL HOLIDAYS will be accepting that passenger’s reservation in trust upon such passenger’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as outlined in this brochure and on our website.2. TOUR PRICES/PRICE GUARANTEE: Prices for escorted tours are quoted per person in USD, and are based on official rate of exchange at the time of printing of this brochure. Central Holidays reserves the right to modify the rates due to unexpected external factors not forecasted at the time of printing. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour whether because of customer’s choice, operational reasons, bad weather, or any other factor.In case of a human or computer billing error, Central Holidays reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct amount. A full refund will be made to passengers not wishing to pay increases provided the passengers’ written cancellation is received by us within 5 business days after price increase notification. We do not breakdown costs of individual services included in the itinerary.3. INVOICING: You are responsible for verifying everything on your invoice is accurate and complete, including dates of travel, options selected, and that each name matches the relevant passport. Central Holidays cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. Changes are subject to the fees and penalties noted below. In the case of billing errors, Central Holidays reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.4. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: A. DEPOSITS: A $250 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and NO request will be acted upon until a deposit is received. In some cases, additional deposits are required due to suppliers’ policies. Passengers will be advised at the time of booking of these payment requirements. We honor most major credit cards. In addition, we also accept personal checks or agency checks. Deposits can be conveniently made by phone. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been processed by Central Holidays and you receive a confirmation invoice. B. FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment with credit cards requires our signed Credit Card authorization form duly signed by the credit card holder. Other restrictions may apply. Final payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of first service, with some limited exceptions, as noted below. Central Holidays reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received in due time and cancellation penalties will be applied accordingly. C. LATE PAYMENTS: Payments made after the due date are subject to $50 late payment fees.D. CANCELLATION PENALTIES & CHANGE FEES:For Land-Related services on Escorted tours, customized FIT packages, Hosted packages and Independent packages:• Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure: $250 per person fee.• Cancellations between 59 and 22 days prior to departure: 25% of the land package.• Cancellations between 21 and 15 days prior to departure: 40% of the land package.• Cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to departure: 60% of the land package.• Cancellations 7 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the land package.• No refunds will be made on any unused portion/services of the tour package. Cruises: Cancellation fees will be communicated at the time of booking.Villas/Castles & Home Rentals: Cancellation fees will be communicated at time of booking. Rail Tickets: Rail Tickets and Rail Passes (electronic and paper) are non-refundable (or refundable with fees), non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged without penalties once issued, nor replaced if lost – unless other conditions are noted.E. CHANGE FEES: Due to the expense incurred in making any changes, a $50 per person fee will be assessed for each change made on deposited bookings up to full payment due date. This includes changes made to passenger’s name, hotel, departure/return dates, itinerary and air or ground transportation. A change of tour date and name changes on

ESCORTED, INDEPENDENT AND CRUISE PACKAGE TOURS, and CAR RENTALS within full payment date are treated as a cancellation. In addition, any changes to the air portion, at any time, may be subject to additional charges as imposed by the respective airline.TRAVEL INFO & RESTRICTIONSA. AIR ARRANGEMENTS SEAT ASSIGNMENT AND SPECIAL REQUEST: : Requests for meal requirements, special services and frequent flyer miles (subject to specific airlines rules & availability), are at the sole discretion of the airline. Please contact the airline directly to make the necessary arrangements. Some airlines require tickets to be paid in full in order to request special services. As a courtesy to the passenger - once the airline tickets are paid in full and following the rules of the airlines - if possible, we can provide air seats assignments. Please note that - as per airline rules - these seats assignments are not guaranteed. The Airline has the right to modify and reassign, at their own discretion, the seats already assigned and reassign them at check-in time. Central Holidays declines any responsibility and will not accept any complaint related to these procedures.

Some airlines are charging for seat reservations. These fees - if applicable - are at the expense of the passengers and are never included in our quotations.

Once you have checked-in, it is your responsibility to work with the airline directly to reach your final destination or to make any alternate arrangements including possible changes on the return portion of your trip. In case you miss your flight or a connection, you must work with the specific airline and make all the possible arrangements to reach your final destination. Central Holidays will not be responsible for any additional expenses you may incur because of flight cancellations, flight delays or rescheduled and/or diverted or missed flights after airport check-in.OWN FLIGHT ARRANGMENTS: If you purchase your own flight tickets from companies other than Central Holidays, we cannot be held responsible for the cancellation fees of air ticket/s, in case we may cancel a departure for any reason whatsoever. If you wish to purchase your own flight tickets with a third party, we suggest you purchase airline tickets that allow you to make changes or cancellations of flights subject to minimum penalties – none of such penalties are the responsibility of Central Holidays.B. VISA & PASSPORTS U.S. Citizens require a valid US passport. Non-U.S. citizens should consult their travel agent or consulate. All passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulates to determine whether any visas are required. Passengers are also responsible for the validity of their passport and we suggest checking with U.S. Department of State Rules/Regulations. Central Holidays will not be held responsible for any passport and/or visa negligence on the part of passengers.C. REFUNDS & COMPLAINTSAll claims must be received in our Customer Relations Department either by email or USPS to our offices within 30 days after scheduled return date and will be promptly acknowledged. However related processing, verifications and settlements may take up to 60 days or longer. It is the responsibility of the client to document potential claims at the Point of Service in order for claim/refund consideration. When requesting a refund by e-mail for non-provided services, claimant must return the original service voucher by mail for said non-provided services in order for this request to be evaluated and eventually settled. Complaints regarding a hotel’s standards or amenities should be addressed directly with the hotel’s management (Point of Service). Refunds are not normally considered if hotels are not given an opportunity to address those complaints locally. Central Holidays will not be responsible for any additional expenses you may incur because of flight cancellations, flight delays, rescheduled and/or diverted flights, and missed flights after airport check-in. Please submit your claim directly to the airline. However, Central Holidays does not guarantee airline response. Refunds are processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment on the booking. These terms may not be changed by anyone other than an authorized representative of Central Holidays and must be documented by you in writing to Customer Relations. Central Holidays is not obliged to guarantee promises (written or verbal) made by local hotel staff, tour guides, or any other persons not under the direct employ of Central Holidays.D. Central Holidays is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control. Without limitation, Central Holidays is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, hotel, whether or not it uses the Central Holidays name, which is, to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Central Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, insolvency, or default of any third party, attacks by animals, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same, if necessary, weather, strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, force majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics or the threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control.b.
