chain from the acquisition, to the processing (CAM descrambling,
multiplexing etc.) and delivery. The platform is compatible with
all formats, resolutions and standards.
Our dedicated project team set to work on a custom platform to
acquire channels (a combination of SD and HD, those available in
our network plus others from multiple locations via satellite
downlink, fibre etc.), aggregate, process and deliver to the
well-established U.S. based customer.
The multiple channels are processed in one single format and
aggregated on to the Central Processing Platform, using
best-in-class technology. The delivery feed is then sent to the
provider over Arqiva’s international fibre network to our customers
for onward distribution to an audience of a million
subscribers.
