How does Housing with Care work?

One of the main attractions of Housing with Care is the exibility it o ers and how it can be tailored to suit your needs. This also extends to the type of tenure you choose, as bpha o er options to either rent or buy through shared ownership.

With shared ownership you can choose to purchase up to 75 per cent of your new home, maybe keeping some cash back for holidays or to see your family. Our managers can explain both rental and shared ownership options to help you work out what would be best for you.

Once you have decided to move into one of our apartments we will sit down with you and discuss what you would like us to provide in terms of help and support. Don’t forget that your individual package of care is not set in stone, and it can easily be altered if your needs change.
