Firstly congratulations on your engagement. It is such a magical time for both of you and we are so excited

to be able to share a little section of this journey with you.

White Lane Events has been apart of weddings and celebrations since 2018 and has a passion for creating

pure magic when it comes to bringing your vision to life. We also have a strong focus on ensuring you get to

enjoy the day and take out the stress when it comes to planning and setting up.

Our ceremony packages have been designed to include all items needed for a beautiful ceremony and can

also be customised with additional accents to personalise the look and feel. We also include our “Little Black

Book” of amazingly talented florist and celebrants who we recommend to help create that breath taking

magic.

With a Bali & Hampton infused vision, we have tailored these packages to suit different locations and

couples and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do setting them up for our gorgeous couples.

White Our White Package is your classic garden setting. Perfect to team with any colour pallet and style.

‣ Wedding arch - Your choice from either our white two post wooden arch, white metal curved arch or our white two stand wooden wall.

‣ 32 white folding wedding chairs

‣ Customised welcome sign - couple to keep post event

‣ White wooden easel or white metal stand for welcome sign

‣ White wooden signing table

‣ 2 x white peacock chairs for signing table

‣ Two large white pots to sit start of aisle - florist to fill with arrangement to tie in with wedding design

‣ Complete set up and pack down of ceremony space. Two White Lane Team onsite for assistance if needed during ceremony as well as wait time during ceremony.

Beverage Station

Beverage Station Our self service beverage station is the perfect additional to our ceremony packages. Guaranteed to keep your guests hydrated pre and post ceremony. Couples can also add in their own beer, wine and champagne for their guests, with the addition of our galvanised tubs and glassware.

‣ Beverage station table

‣ 3 x glass beverage dispensers with fruits

‣ Champagne table top bucket (when couples include own beverages)

Additional options

- Galvanised tubs for guest beverages - $15 plus GST each
