• Created new metrics framework for use by TTS, Target’s internal IT department to identify and report KPIs and performance metrics across 12 organizational IT portfolios and 10K employees.
• Coordinated analysis and recommendations with more than 20 SMEs across IT team. Lead Reporting Analyst – TTS Business Intelligence | 2013 – 2014 Managed KPIs and performance metrics through monthly dashboard, reporting monthly to CIO and other executive leaders within internal IT organization.
