It is important to accept the fact that the role of a fresh engineer is becoming dynamic within any company; the job role often demands him or her to implement new practices and new technology, work in groups, lead a team of people and liaise with external entities. This calls for at least basic knowledge of other functional areas like �inance, marketing, human resources, organizational behavior and strategy. The basic knowledge will help them in performing their roles better and help stand out among the group it would help put their career path within the organization on a fast track. With the above objective, Edulive has partnered with SJMSOM, IIT Bombay to launch Video Conferencing (VC) based program - CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT for engineering students. Target Audience The CPBM Program is designed to meet the rapidly increasing demand for middle level professionals with a critical understanding of the business impact of IT. This is not a technical degree as such; it focuses more on the management of information technology functions and staff. Eligibility The minimum requirement for admission to the program is for 3rd year Engineering students who have passed their previous 4 semesters with aggregate of above 50% without repeating any subject. Selection Procedure Candidates will be short-listed based on their performances in a Online Common Entrance Test (CET) to be conducted by SJMSOM, IIT Bombay and Edulive jointly
