A project is defined as – “The subjective germ of a developing object.” -- Dr. Friendrich Von Schlegal

It is essential to have a practical aspect of science. Putting the scientific knowledge into use through practical application is very important part of learning process. Every theory in science seeks its importance is graded with respect to its ability and purpose.

Nowadays, computers have become an integral part of our lives. So this is an attempt to

computerize “Video CD Library” to automate the transactions and record of CD Library

aiming at better efficiency and accuracy.

A project not only arouses a deeper insight and interest in the subject but also develops

the programming logic in students.

Thus it is rightly said: “ Theory guides, Practical decides.”
