Resolved, that the Participant is authorized to invest in Catholic United Investment Trust (“CUIT”) in such amounts as determined from time to time by any of the persons named below (“Authorized Persons”).

Further Resolved, that the Participant is hereby authorized to transact business with CBIS Financial Services, Inc., a broker-dealer, (“CBISFS”) and Christian Brothers Investment Services, Inc., an investment adviser, (“CBIS”) pursuant to an investment application or agreement executed by the Participant, and by CBISFS and/or CBIS which provides for investment of Participant assets in CUIT Funds offered by CBISFS and managed and administered by CBIS; and Participant acknowledges that CBIS has entered into a Transfer Agency and Services Agreement with BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. on behalf of CUIT.

Further Resolved, (i) that the Participant is authorized to open and maintain an account with BNY Mellon for the purchase and sale of CUIT; (ii) that any Authorized Person is authorized to give instructions to BNY Mellon to buy or sell CUIT units and to secure payment therefore with property of the Participant; (iii) that any Authorized Person shall have authority to bind and obligate the Participant for the carrying out of any arrangement or transaction with respect to CUIT units, which shall be entered into with or through BNY Mellon on behalf of the Participant; (iv) that BNY Mellon is authorized to receive from the Participant, checks and drafts drawn upon the funds of the Participant by any officer or employee of the Participant and made payable to CUIT and to apply the same to the credit of the Participant or to the accounts of the Participant;(v) that any Authorized Person shall have the fullest authority with reference to any transaction deemed by such Authorized Person to be proper to enter into on behalf of the Participant with CBISFS/CBIS/BNY Mellon; (vi) that all communications to the Participant may be made by CBISFS, CBIS, or BNY Mellon to any Authorized Person; and; (vii) that any Authorized Person is authorized to empower any person that such Authorized Person deems proper to do any and all things that such Authorized Person is authorized to do.

Further Resolved, that the immediately preceding resolutions are and remain in full force and effect until written notice of revocation is delivered to CBISFS, CBIS, or BNY Mellon.

Further Resolved, that the proper officers of the Participant on behalf of the Participant, hereby are authorized to take any further action and to execute, file, record and deliver any documents or papers that they deem necessary, advisable, or appropriate to effectuate the intent of the immediately preceding resolutions.

CONTROL PERSON

Effective May 11, 2018 a control person must be identified for new CUIT accounts.

A Control Person is one individual with significant responsibility for managing the legal entity investing in the funds. The Control Person is typically:

• An executive officer or senior manager (e.g., Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer,Managing Member, General Partner, President, Vice President, Treasurer); or

• Any other individual who regularly performs such functions.
