CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS Election Of Delegates and Alternate Delegates To the 23 rd International Convention Transport Workers Union of America Pursuant to Article XI Section 2(a) of the International Constitution and Section XI (c) of the Local 100 Bylaws, the Election Committee reports as follows: 1. Pursuant to the Election Rules 369 members were nominated by petition for Convention Delegate (“CD”) or Alternate Convention Delegate. The Election Committee checked each for good standing membership status. Candidates ruled ineligible were given the right to appeal, first to the Election Committee and then to the Neutral Monitor. 2. Ballots were mailed on June 2, 2009 by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) to all members in good standing. 3. The ballots for CD and ACD were counted on June 22, 2009. All protests regarding that count have been withdrawn. In accordance with the Election Rules, all members were accorded an opportunity to request a duplicate/substitute ballot. 4. After the count the TWU International allocated more delegate positions to Local 100 than it had in its pre-election preliminary allocation. This opened up 9 delegate slots, which have been allocated among the divisions based upon the most recent head count. That allocation resulted in the following additional delegates being added for the following divisions: The Election Rules provide that, in the event the International allocated more delegate slots than had been included on the ballot, those slots would be filled by the alternate(s) who received the highest number of votes. Accordingly, in the attached list of results, the alternates with the highest vote totals in the above listed divisions are included among the delegates. 5. Based on the certified tallies supplied by the AAA, we certify the results listed in Exhibit A. Respectfully Submitted, James P. CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS

Election Of Delegates and Alternate Delegates To the 23rd International Convention Transport Workers Union of America  Pursuant to Article XI Section 2(a) of the International Constitution and Section XI (c) of the Local 100 Bylaws, the Election Committee reports as follows:

That allocation resulted in the following additional delegates being added for the following divisions:

The Election Rules provide that, in the event the International allocated more delegate slots than had been included on the ballot, those slots would be filled by the alternate(s) who received the highest number of votes. Accordingly, in the attached list of results, the alternates with the highest vote totals in the above listed divisions are included among the delegates.

5. Based on the certified tallies supplied by the AAA, we certify the results listed in Exhibit A.
