The Humble application of the Appellant above-named.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:1. That the Appellant is filing the accompanying Civil Appeal

against the final judgment and order dated 21.7.2014 passed

by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh

in LPA no. 1161, 1175, 1220, 1239, 1274, 1276, 1364. 1154.

1153 of 2013.

2. That the petitioners has stated the facts of the case and the grounds arising there from in the accompanying petition and the same may be treated as part and parcel of this application.

3. That the petitioners has applied for the Certified copy of the impugned judgment and order before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh but the same is not ready. The petitioners is undertake to file the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order as and when the same is made available to the petitioners.

P R A Y E RIt is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to:-

a) exempt petitioners from filing Certified copy of the impugned judgment and order dated 21.7.2014 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in LPA no. 1161, 1175, 1220, 1239, 1274, 1276, 1364. 1154. 1153 of 2013.

b) pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case.
