Level I Exam Withdrawal Request Form

Candidates currently registered for the 2011 December Level I exam may withdraw their registration. The

final deadline to submit a 2011 December Withdrawal Form is 11 November 2011 11:59 pm EST.

Please allow 7-14 days for processing; we cannot confirm receipt of emails or faxes. Keep a copy of

your completed Withdrawal Request Form for your records. You will be unable to register for the next

available exam until you receive email notification that your withdrawal has been processed. When

registering for the next exam, the enrollment fee is not required; however, all applicants must pay the

registration fee for each exam as determined by the CFA Program fee schedule. For complete withdrawal

I wish to withdraw from my 2011 December registration and understand there will be no refund of any

fees. I also understand that I cannot defer or carry forward or backward any registration fees already paid.

Once my registration has been withdrawn, should I wish to re-register for the original exam, I must

submit another application and registration fee according to the CFA Program fee schedule. Withdrawals

will not be reversed once processed.
