How to maintain good health?
Health• The state of complete welfare physical,
mental and social
Sentence• "Success is a series of simple steps that
practiced daily. Failure is not one single cataclysmic event. Do not fail from one
day to another, failure trial are small errors that are repeated striking a
cumulative effect."
The general concept of health is composed of four areas:
• Physics• Mental• Emotional• Spiritual
• Physical health has to do with our body, our heart to make sure that if we get as far as possible in life we must exercise
it, care for our nutrition, keeping it clean of toxins.
• Mental health refers to the way we handle our daily lives and how we relate to others in different environments, examples: the family,
school, work, recreation and community.
• Emotional health is the responsible management of feelings, thoughts and
behaviors, recognizing them, giving them a name, accepting, integrating and building the
vital energy that are generated for the service of values.
• Spirituality is almost impossible to define because it means something different for each person. For some, religion for others, spirituality is based on
harmony with nature feel, or the belief that there is a greater power / universal energy / creative
source.
To qualify for welfare and health is recommended:
*Get enough sleep (eight or more hours per night).*Eat a balanced diet.*Do not smoke or use illegal drugs.*Limit alcohol.
*Make exercise *Visit the doctor regularly
It is advisable to ingest:
* Milk and dairy* Meat, fish, eggs* Cereals * Vegetables* Fruits* Beverages* Fats(but no trans fats)
Hygiene
Personal cleanliness is the basic concept of hygiene, cleanliness and care of our body and its objectives are to improve health, preserve and prevent the disease.
Some habits are:
• Clean, cleanliness of places or people.• Habits that promote health.• Good personal hygiene such as brushing
teeth, shower daily, • Wash hands before eat or food preparation
and after sneezing
