EXHIBITOR UNLOADING PROCEDURE:For those arriving before the specialty day:

No exhibitor unloading will be permitted into the unloading areas untll

Monday at 2;fi) P.M.

You cannot drive inside the building at any time.

You will need to show lD in order to enter the unloading areas. The entry gate is

controlled by the OCCC facility;they will restrict the number of vehicles as needed.

It's imperative that you unload with speed so others can get in behind you. You willhave 20 minutes to unload your vehicle. All vehicles will be required to turn off their

engines and leave the flashers on. There will be show personnel and uniformed

security to supervise this area, Please note that this day is considered as a "setup"

day for the facility and there is a local law that restricts any children from being in

the building during the setup of any event. Please do not bring children into the

building on Monday. This does not include a junior showmanship exhibitor that is

entered and accompanied by a parent or guardian"

For those arriving on Friday:

All exhibitors may park and "roll'in" their equipment directly from the adiacent

parking lot(s) or they can follow the unloading signs to unload through the two

exhibitor entrances.

Eukanuba is providing exhibitors with the "Eukanuba Exhibitors Services" that

will have staff available to assist in your unloading and finding a grooming space.Please follow the unloading signage and check in from the unloading line to secure

this complementary service.

Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from

emergencies, and lhe dictates ol law enforcement or of the o'/vne(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the

conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances

Post Daled Checks, Returned Checks and oeclined Credit Cards do not constilute a valid entry fee. The Event Secretary will

2. The following categories of dogs may be erilered afld shown in Best of Breed @mpetition: Dogs that are Champions

ofRecord and dogswhich, ac@rding totheir owners'records. have rcmpleted the requirements for a championship, but

whose championships are uncontirmed. Th e showing ofunconfirmed Champions in BestofBreed competition is limited

to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.

3. (Ev€nt Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. lfthe event class in which you are entering your dog is

divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify tho particular division ot the class in which you are enteringyour dog, i.o, age division, color division, weight division.

4. A dog must be entered in the name of the porson who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. lf a

registered dog has been acquired by a newowner itmust be entered in the name ofits new ownerin any eventforwhichentries closed afterthe date ofacquirement, regardless ofwhetherthe newowner has received the registration cartificateindicating that the dog is recqded in his/her name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to

5. Mixed Bred dogs entering classes forAgility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as "All-American

Oog/Mixed Breed." Sire and Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
