DESCRIPTION
This is the second of two new disclosures that must be given to borrowers when they receive a mortgage. This document must be given to the borrower/applicant three days before the closing of the transaction so that the details can be compared to the Loan Estimate. If there are discrepancies or changes, the three day period is extended and the closing pushed back three days.
