ACTIVE:Any physician of good standing who isactively engaged in the practice of medicine

requiring a legal medical license registration inMissouri.

HONOR:Any physician who is retired or hasreached the age of 70 and is practicing lessthan 20 hours per week.

ASSOCIATE:Physician living outside of CapeCounty and other allied heath care practitionersof good standing.
