Prioritize the Do’s
1. Address the urgent

Prioritize the follow up on the delegate
• Set up a system to monitor the items that were delegated.
• Give a completion date to have the delegated projects completed.
• Hold the delegated person accountable for the project.
• Follow through.

Prioritize the delayed and deleted
• Also generate a check box next to the items that were delayed.
• Get back to the items and put them on a schedule.
• Review the items marked for deletion. If they did not become a real task, get rid of them.

Learn when to say “NO”
• You can’t do everything
• Don’t undertake things you can’t complete
• Remain consistent to your goals
