Instead of checking your friends news by internet at night, call them

• Always be invisible on social media chat - so you wont be distracted by other people you dont need to talk to at night

• Block each and every online game by social media you see, before starting to play it

Have a maximum of messages you can answer and photos/pics you can see at night on internet

Lock the room where the computer is after 10 pm

• Never start pointless converstaion after 8 pm

• Turn off the computer at least two hours before going to sleep

• Make all your friends delete their social media profiles - then everyone lives happily ever after

Focuse more on your own life then on lives of people you hardly know

Just before 10pm, take a sleeping pill

• Become a monk

• Become a nun or a priest, with the vow of poverty you won't have money to buy PC's, mobile phones, etc

• Go live in a poor village to do social work for some time, where there is no electricity (therefore, no social media!)

Get rid of your personal computer and cellphone, and only use your company's - which social media are blocked

Use valerian roots as a natural sleep aid before 10pm

• Find a real-life support group for media addiction, they'll help you, you'll help other people, and you'll sleep enough again!

• Repeat to yourself "I won't check fb, twitter, youtube, etc after 10 pm" 10 times per day ...You'll start to get the idea (and will do it by yourself)

You may have an Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD), So go to a rehabilitation clinic to treat yourself (They exist.. In Italy & U.S)

Cancel your internet service, with no connection no obsession

• Clean your "friends list" to leave the really important ones and then you can avoid a long list full of "entertainment" to consult each new moment

• Got to a SMA (Social Media Addicted) session

Go to a psychologist, you may be filling an inner emptiness with the social networks addiction

Tie a string on our finger to remind you of getting out of the computer!

• Go to a Magician or someone who can hipnotize you and create a repulsive feeling about social media

• Get an obsessive boyfriend/girlfriend who will ask you about every person who likes or comments on your profile and all of your pictures

Get a teenage brotehr or sister who will fight you and piss you off until he/she gets the computer

erase the apps of social media from your phone

Sleep with hipnotizing songs about not using those sites or apps

• Have a more actives social life-go out everynight! so the ones you dont go out, will value more the chance of sleeping early

• fill with post-its the room your computer is in with notes that may incourage you

Mark on a calendar the days you achieve not spending more than 1H in social media, it will encourage you!

Include an annoying sound that your computer plays while you are in social networks

• Apply for a very hard job, that way you will have to study at night to get the job, and after you got the job you will have to work almost every evening... therefore, too tired to be in social media

Remove the chair while you are in social networks and just visit them standing up, this way youll get tired of standing up and will close the sites

Start an addictive game so it would take your mind of the computer

• Make a serious bet with your friend who will learn (anything you choose which is difficult and do not involve social media) in less time; so you will both use your evenings to learn that.

• Turn off the lights, so our eyes will get tired faster

Make a serious career plan: whatever you want to do in the future, you will need to use your evenings to accomplish your plans - and after that you will just want to sleep

Erase your social media accounts

• Try to spend that time somewhere else like social work & see change in your life

• Try to know the reason behind this life, like why we are live? who is GOD. these are quit interesting question. That consume a lot time

Try to spend your time in that area where internet is not available to you & think how that change your life

Take a warm bath before bedtime. Sleep usually follows the cooling phase of your body's temperature cycle. After your warm bath, keep the temperature in your bedroom cool.

• Do what feel changeable to you bw 10 to afterwards

• Hire some pet animal & spend time with that animal after 10 pm

• Tries watch movies bw 10 to afterwards to avoid internet

• clean your room after 10 pm

• To entertain yourself watch music videos or tv show after 10 pm

"When you get up in the morning, get into bright light as soon as possible. Avoid bright light in the evening. Light signals to the brain when it should ""wake up"" and ""go to sleep.""

The night you want to talk to your friend by social website, write a letter to him/her instead (and it will consume more energy, and you will want to sleep right after)

• Try to wash your cloths after 10 pm

• try to make your dinner by your own till the time you are facing the sleeping problem

• Everyone is creative in this world. so try your creativity in drawing after 10

• Delete the social media application from your phone as well as from pc

Take the problem as if you surf internet it will cause electricity & you have to save the electricity Avoid coffee to avoid the sleep at night Listen inspirational songs to pump up your will to avoid the social networking site access.
