How far have we narrowed gaps? Review of the year

1. What was the journey this year – in your school? Key things we did –what worked / did not work.

2. What was the impact on target pupils and why? (stories and high impact insights – light bulb moments for staff, pupils, parents?)

3. What was the impact on T&L: what has changed in the classroom and in teaching and learning? (How far have teachers implemented change, and how far has this been cascaded? Leadership role?)

4. Trio working – how has working in a trio and JPD improved the programme this year? (ie trios and joint practice both in school and in trios; what was your role in enabling this?)

3

Building on the learning for the CtG programme next year – interview matrix

1. How will we generate and maintain pace and momentum within Trios?

2. How will we ensure impact on the pupil cohorts from all three Trio schools is significant enough to narrow gaps?

3. How will we ensure the programme has an impact in all classrooms within all Trio schools?

4. How will we ensure that there is real cross-school learning within Trios?
